- Today we are doing the steel works on our ceiling slab. Some fruit trees have been pruned and all is mulched and cleaned up. Yea we cannot wait to move in. It will take a bit longer but we can wait.
The whole footprint is 360m2
That includes
garage is about 40m2
Outdoor area covered and uncovered is about 60m2
And rest of the house is about 260m2
Need to deduct the walls as they are thick so maybe 240m2 living space

@@MyCroatianHomestead Good size, not too big, not too small. If these guys are so good to work with then maybe you should consider renting out the oplate through them.
I will be renting them to them if they need it for sure.

It is near Varazdin. In a village.
