    I think Caffeine and Alcohol are gasoline to the anxiety fire!

      💯 true,
      I was knowing that Caffeine is gasoline, but today I have overloaded with too much caffeine intake and after that come on from morning I'm suffering with this Anxiety, fear, then once the anxiety starts the physical sensation chest pain, neck pains etc and again due to physical sensation again anxiety starts.
      I know it's like a cycle but can't able to control 😢

    Foods that increase my blood sugar including fruit and higher carb vegetables give me more energy which makes it hard to sit still. I get hyper and my body wants to move or i cant focus and then when this starts to wear off i crash and need another hit to boost my blood sugar. My blood sugar levels are completely normal so i believe this is me just being hyper sensitive to these shifts but how do i stop this ? I try to sit with the feelings but my brain/body has actual physical negative symptoms if i dont eat again but i feel like im eating all the time.amd constantly thinking about food.
