    Soft bread with cheese
    Ingredients:
    Flour - 500 g + 3 tbsp
    Grated Parmesan - 100g
    Grated Pecorino - 50g
    Butter - 50 g ( at room temperature )
    Olive oil - 50 g
    Whole milk - 150 g
    eggs - 5
    Fresh yeast - 25 g
    Baking tray with a diameter of 19 cm and a height of 6 cm (for each loaf)
    I baked in a preheated oven at 170°C for about 40 minutes or until it passed the toothpick test.
