Thanks for doing the test on allulose with starter. I was so keen to see the result. Try to prepare in the afternoon instead 0400, u need more rest too. Stay healthy.
Mo Jie, I used white sugar to make the stuff starter, then use allulose for the main dough. It works perfectly well and no need to consume too much white sugar!

Mo 姐, after you shape the dough and but in the mold... how long did you leave in the fridge over night? and after you take off the fridge you can bake right away or we need to wait for the dough to cool down before bake? thanks

毛姐,最近看妳條片做酸方包,恭賀妳的成功。講到無浪費酸種starter,除咗薄餅,我通常鍾意做生煎包嘅麵團。做法喺:一份starter,半份麵粉,4%糖,2%梳打粉(%以麵粉為100)全部一齊搓成一個麵團靜置10分鐘,然後就可以包包啦,乜嘢餡都得,包好就可以即刻落鑊煎,煎時要灑水,然後冚蓋焗,煎焗大約15分鐘即可。
