    Warm up and cool down.
    I have not included any warm up or cool down in this video. However I advise that you do this before and after your hula hoop workout.

    Which Hoop?
    This is great workout for using a heavy dance hoop. I’m using a 100cm diameter dance hoop with 25mm thickness tubing, 620g. You can equally use your weighted hoop for this workout or any heavy hoop you feel comfortable hula hooping with.

    I loved this, it's so easy to get 30 minutes of hooping in with your classes without being bored. The class could have been even more intense for me, but I haven't looked through all of your workouts yet and I'm sure there are even more intense ones I will check out next! Thank you for sharing your energy and spirit

    This is the second time I did this video I am loving it I think this is one of my favorites!! The music the energy the speed the right amount of time on the good side and the bad side alternating both sides at the right amount of time I love it!!

      Well this one is a total body workout, so we definitly work on the butt and legs as well as arms and abs. I think you'll like this one. Its hardcore but super fun!
