This is a fantastic Lower Body Workout using our Pilates Bar to add challenge and stability. Another ‘Spicy’ workout that challenges our balance endurance and strength

I usually use my reformer for Pilates, but ..just got my Pilates Bar a few days ago and am loving it, been doing your workouts and love the way you teach..this is a great tool for taking on vacations, which is my purpose, so I’m learning!! Thanks!!❤

My balance is scarily out of whack after not exercising for the last 2 years,

hi ... think about engaging your pelvic floor, keep the movement slow and controlled, layer in the breathing as much as possible, keep listening to your body. You're doing great xx

It was challenging for me. I don't think I did it well because my lower back is painful 😏 😬 But I won't give up... tomorrow will be better 💪🏾🙏🏾

I'm not sure if I was doing the balancing part correctly with the side leg movements because I could feel the burn in my lower back😅 I'm enjoying this challenge! Thank you
Great job! Think about engaging your glutes ( squeeze your bottom ) particularly on the standing leg.
It does really challenge your balance … it will definitely improve with practice and focus on your form and breathing xx

Started yesterday.. jeeeeze this was intense on those last reps. Why does my knee hurt when I squat? Tried more of a sumo squat position and that feels better but still painful on my knee
Make sure your feet are in a wide stance and knees pressing out, think about external rotation from the hip, rather than just the knee joint, hope this makes sense . Soften your hips before you begin to lower your glutes, think about driving your glutes down and back… picture a low stool behind you that you are trying to tap with your bottom , drive the glutes down and back and press the knees out but pushing from the hips. V hard to explain but hopefully you get my gist !! Let me know if this helps 👍🙏 xx
