My upper body (shoulders/bisceps/trisceps) is not as strong as my lower body so this workout is amazing to build my upper body strength. I love your workouts - I look forward to them every morning.

Enjoying this more each day . Having a hip bursitis is making things a little difficult to do but still getting thru it . Even re position to reset now is a bit easier to realize I am doing it wrong

I'm definitely going to feel this in my glutes and arms tomorrow 😂 Onwards and upwards 💪💪 Thank you Donna the only one I've not managed to do is day 4 and I can live with that. I'm sure there will be others days but so far I'm proud of myself. All thanks to you ❤
I can't reach all the way up when I'm standing on the bar. Should I do as far as I can or should I do it without the bar? I'm new to traing and this is my 7th time with the bar! I can't say that I love it but I'm doing it! I hope the love comes!
