Oh my god.. i thought i could celebrate with what I thought is the (forever) end of the workout and turns out i was only on the 6th minute!!! I swear that felt like at least 25 mins! WHATTT.. and I never sweat this much in any other workouts i’ve done on here!
Hey there! Appreciate the honesty and yes there are some workouts that juts HIT you HARD and this one was that. Sounds like you need to save this workout and have it as your goal to complete. I am here for you in you need any encouragement. Patience is key.
I am going to try that squat rotation when I train next i have a hernia repair i am trying to strengthen, i have done back today at the gym with 20 mins speed ball for warm up and my knuckles are sore, and I like the pink it looks good on you, stay fit it keeps you strong and younger longer 👍

I am glad that you stopped and listened to your body. Take a rest and stretch and when you are ready to go again just stick with the 15 minutes for 2-4 weeks until you feel ready to add another 5 minutes. Please reach out if you have any further questions.
Hi dear winter 👋 it's good choice to spam boxer steps for jumping rope workout and combine them with Stretch exercises its look like neuromuscular training I wish u could spoil more experience about this kind of workouts for us tnxs a lot❤❤❤

15 min only is very difficult for me 😢. Shortness of breathing and knee and leg pain. Not able to complete full workout.
