Good morning, happy Saturday! This was a intense workout for 2 minutes. I modified some things and did some other exercise but I still broke out of sweat. I use ropeless jump ropes I'm not very good at jump roping but still got a great workout and thank you for your channel
Hi Naomi ✌️ thanks for sharing how you used this workout and made it your own I loved reading this. As you can imagine it's difficult to program workouts that suit everyones fitness levels and goals. Ropeless jump rope systems are great and will make you sweat 💦

It was great but I had to add my own jump rope thing instead of the boxer step because the boxer step was getting to be too much repeating over and over so can u please make 30 min videos of a variety of jump rope instead of one thing. Thank you again you are awesome 😅

Glad you liked it! Treadmills have their place for people who are not able to jump however if you can jump even one bounce then it's time to ditch the treadmill and try something NEW that is going to challenge you. Let's embrace the HARD stuff!

Winter.. May i ask you to consider making a video for us guys who are struggling with removing fat around our organs, beer belly as it’s known but in my case i honestly have not had a alcoholic drink in 40 yrs, skipping just doesn’t seem to work for me as i’m very unbalanced.. I’m diabetic too not that that’s any excuse. Perhaps a 30 minute belly shred for us older guys who want to be healthier? Please X
Noodles, you need to include some weighted workouts in your routine. There is never a week that goes by that I haven't lifted some weights. And you can NEVER out-train a bad diet.
@@PHOENIXNATIONFITNESS Winter… luvly one… When you say “ you can never out train a bad diet” are you saying unless you have a great diet no amount of hard training will help in reducing the belly? Or that you need to work extra harder to achieve your aim if you don’t have a great diet.. I’ve been veggie since i was a kid but i’m very good for eating lots of fruit, veg, and nuts ( i’m totally nuts as you all know) with no alcohol no smoking etc .. X
@@noodlesiisI know I’m not winter but typing in your weight and height can go into a calorie calculator and you can figure out your daily caloric intake needed which if you minus 200-400 form everyday you will lose weight around your organs ❤
