I just got the i3 today, installed the app... And it doesn't look anything like what it looks like here. Same with other videos. I'm on android.. Has me totally confused. What I see here is like some very hokey map menu. Did they ruin the app recently or something?

I just got my Gan I3 today. I thought it would tell me how to solve it. If my cube is unsolved I have to solve it first before using the app. I would have thought it would know the position of the cube pieces. If I hit I sync it just resets on the screen but doesn't tell my how to solve it. So I have to solve it first then start using it. There is a Camera sync but it doesn't do a good job of picking up the colors. Is this normal?
