- In this video titled EU4 A to Z - This Video Is BANNED In THREE COUNTRIES in Europa Universalis 4 1.34 Lions of The North. This is the series titled A to Z where I attempt to play every* nation in EU4 in alphabetical order. Of course I had to remove some nations so the challenge doesn't get too boring. In this video I play as the nation of Ladakh and I attempt to conquer Islamabad, Delhi and Beijing. So, let's see if I managed to do it! I hope you guys enjoy this series. Since Lan Na actually translates to ''Kingdom of a Million Rice Fields'', you should Become emperor of China, as China is the #1 rice producer irl.
Since lan na is a palindrome if you add l to the end conquer Lesotho, Latvia, Libya, Laos(easy), Liberia, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg and Lithuania.
I like how, despite it being an A-Z challenge, the Nation of P Ain appears in almost every video 😂

the become a horde thing is the best thing with becoming Tibet, lets you first pick aristocratic before becoming a horde and then pick horde ideas, gives you super cheap space horses. :)

@@Kasaaz I get why he didn't do it in that area, but maybe he will with Tsang. Getting 300 dev would have probably been a huge pain without all that garbage land, it sucked for devving. I usually get to 300 dev by conquering Korea. All that steppe land sucks and that Tibetan land is even worse
@@ohNojames I do now want to do a bit of a challenge run, trying to stack development discounts etc. and create a Himalayan Wakanda up there. I would probably start as Yarkand, though, for the gold mine.
@@ozza4496 It really didn't make sense to do it in this case. As he said, he didn't have the right provinces for horde gameplay and his area is low dev and bad terrain for devving, so getting to 300 would have sucked and made the campaign longer when it didn't need to be.

Yeah he's good. Idk how he does it. Takes on the ottomans while outnumbered. I get that you can win by avoiding battles and just doing sieges but I personally find it hard to avoid battles in the first place

I mean, haven't watched yet, but you likely don't have to fight ming. Shun usually murders them so you just have to ally one of the hordes and kill Shun.
I think it would interesting to conquer more like Bengal and India stuff as Lan Na and to colonise. But it would be a tough game...

can you fire up hoi4 and play a game as (anyone with any buffs you see fit) but your entire army can only move and attack via area defense
literally like. defense will be almost impossible unless you build forts/railways/whatever so that your garrison will try to stand there
attacking is going to be truly ass too. no need to use a single area defense either, general cap is increased with area defense too :)

I have challange for you for Poland. There is a province in southern Africa (I don't remember which country ownes it) called "Kinga" that is a female name in Poland. So, why not conquer it as Poland?
As Lan Na conquer all salt provinces or for less pain become the leading producer of salt. The reason to do this is Na is periodic symbol for salt. 🧂

So yeah this is the only method (I know of) in the game for horde shenanigans for normally "developed" nations but it's a long workaround.
