Awesome video man, in the process of getting all my livescope stuff. I think I will still have to run the network cable to my back unit, but I love the box idea.
We bought a boat with 2 Dewalt 20v5ah batteries to run the LSV32 and 102SV graph on the boat. We get a better picture with lithium than GMA. Our console 93SV was GMA. Both ends of the boat got upgraded to 126SV units. The 102SV stayed up front. The Dewalt battery hack ran dry in 3 hours. We are adding a Li Time 12v100ah battery to the storage in front of the console and wiring the console unit to this battery. Once your batteries drop below 12v, your picture begins to degrade, irrelevant of type. Higher amps offset lower AH, they do not improve Garmin graphs. The Dewalt hack required six 5ah batteries to fish a long day prior to our upgrade. Hope this helps.
I just stumbled on your Channel. I have been thinking about a live scope and this was very informative. I just started my own channel in the New Bern area and Live scope would be very helpful. Thanks for the video
Incorrect on the higher voltage for picture it comes down to the amps it can handle not the voltage. Thanks for the vid. I too went with the amp battery but 12v 30Ah as well as the delux box from ice hole ( good combo)
A couple times I’ve ran it sun up to sun down on a full charge and it didn’t die on me so idk how many hours exactly but more than enough for a full day
