I just want to know, in such big events like Olympics, why nobody come to help the athletes in such situations? Why only fellow athletes have to stop to help them? It affect their run & time.

@@BiMiHi well it has happened on Olympics too. I think 2015 Rio women's 5k finale two women fell, American (less hurt) got up, turned back and helped fellow athlete up and said we gotta finish, this is Olympics. She got spot in the finale.
It's not only to ruin run.. first aid should be there ASAP. Now the injured athlete is there at least over a minute without any help

Runners falling down at an obstacle is not that unusual. And the fact that he was not getting back up was probably not apparent to the runners in the front. Even Carabaña had run a few paces past him before he realized that this guy needed help.
