I loved Blumaan when he first started but now he's too biased since he released his own products. He stopped a lot of the reviews for cheaper brands and ignores the most popular brands. Even when he reviews things he always mentions that he likes his brand better which doesn't feel authentic.

    • @follower8815

Blumaan isn’t trying to make a comeback. He isn’t doing it for a “come back”. His new content is actually much more focused on quality over quantity.

  • @zzwild6183

I tend to use a paste most of the time because I have long hair. Gives it a bit of structure without making it heavy. My hair is rather thick and coarse, and the paste also helps with taming any frizz I might be having.
Also combo that with some coconut oil after washing for a bit of natural shine and protection from the elements, perfection.

U probably should do clarifying washes every week using a clarifying shampoo to rly get the product and the oils out of ur hair, another thing you can do is vary ur products so that on some days u use heavier products and on other days u give ur scalp a break and use milder products :) hope this helps ♡

I went to a barber I hadn’t been to before and she put a powder in my hair. I’ve been growing it out and embracing the curls and waves, and I loved the matte look and hold of the powder.
The problem was trying to wash the darn stuff out that night. Three shampoos later and my hair still felt slightly sticky. I think I’ll stick to my water based pomades and spray clay thanks 😅

    • @willeb6412
      @willeb6412 Рік тому

Hi! I’ve been using powders for my hair for a while and I had the same problem at the start. The rule of thumb I’ve found with powder is less is more. Depending on which brand you use, if it has a strong hold once you work it in try to just sprinkle a small amount and use a brush to form it and then maybe use a little hairspray. Your hair may be different and your brand may be as well so this is just a suggestion!

Great video man! What is the best kind of styling product for someone with thin hair? I had a hair transplant 5 years ago and have quite thin hair, I hate using the v05 Matt clay kind of stuff because it pulls on my hair when I’m putting it in. Thanks in advance for any tips you can give!

Great video...I wish more companies did little trial size packs...it's annoying paying like 20 pounds for something and you realize it doesn't really suit your hair type or the way you want it to look ; )

What do you recommend for very straight, thin, long hair (shoulder length)?

Clays!! I have been using Hanz De Fuko's Claymation for my thick medium length hair. I am wondering what kind of pre styler and hair comb, and finishing spray you would recommend to pair with this product. I typically go with a quif at the front and thats it. I want my hair style to last the entire day without much movement. I am trying to make sure my hair routine is perfect because I have a big wedding coming up!! thank you

I definitely have had the best experiences using pastes, with pomades coming in second for me. It's just so hard finding good pastes and pomades that don't contain either beeswax or lanolin, because both of them are really fricken nasty stuff but they're so common. I've been using Layrite's natural matte paste the most lately though, and it's really good.

      Why is beeswax nasty?

@@krakengrad It has a really nice texture, but it smells horrible, and it dries your skin out a little bit. Nothing crazy, it's not like it's gonna give you really chapped skin, but it's a bit annoying.

    Hey Robin.. Question:
If you were to comb your hair (with a wide tooth comb), how many hairs would you lose do you think? I just combed my similar length hair as yours, and i pulled out maybe 30+ hairs from the comb. Think thats normal? Male/26yo

I have thick oily hair, and a slicked back hairstyle. So which product would you recommend? Thanks.

Much like the many. many decades that Men had no idea what took Women so long to get ready--
I always said.. If it were for you, be flattered!
Many of us without Brothers are now curious as to what goes into Mens grooming.
(Thank heavens it does now-- it used to be simply a shower, maybe a shave.)
Thank you for the peak on the inside!
