    I'm a subscriber to the channel (youtube), congratulations on the excellent material. I am a former university professor teaching sports training and volleyball. Former fitness coach of national league teams. Today, I have a channel that talks about non-profit volleyball and would like permission to use parts of your videos in around 10 to 30 seconds. when using it I will quote the source, indicate the channel and put the link in the description. Thank you await return.

    A few really odd choices in exercises, but pretty good for the most part. I'd love to know the rationale behind the sumo deadlifts from the hang. Drop the barbell on those jumps and replace with the trap bar, or level up and do power cleans. Also what in the crap are these: 1:40 ?

    They warm up with 112 pounds! Bone hard! 245 for reps at 0:50! I'm a guy and
    i never could get that strong!

    • @ClayHales
      @ClayHales 2 роки тому

      Sure, if you don't try. 245 isn't that much for deadlifts. I think anyone who tries could get there. Unless you have some serious injury or disability.

    I get the circuit training, but don't understand the need to lift heavy weights.

      u have alot to learn lifting heavy over shitty circuits anyday...strength and power training goes directly with the sport of volleyball.....play lots of volleyball life very heavy

      That's like asking why does a baseball or soccer player needs to work out.

    • @bluethunder90

      These are athletes, and they're athletes that play an explosive and dynamic sport; lifting heavy is essential to what they do.
      Lifting light and fast may do wonders for conditioning, but it will do nothing for their strength and power. The ideal is heavy lifting for strength and power combined with high intensity conditioning, which circuits are perfect for.

    Now I understand why the music, of course, metal, kill them, if they kill and destroy the bodies of these women, very bad, they are not going to win more games or play better, they only destroy their leather, everything is ridiculous, and they are not they pay.
