    this is a game about agility and reflexes. the exercises they were doing truly targeted the core muscle groups required of them during the course of the game. kudos!

    Loved this. Being an ex Special Forces guy I know this kind of toughness training brings out the best and fosters comraderie, bonding a team closer.

      Aaron Huston And black guys just hate anything that involves honesty, integrity, team concept, hard work, mental toughness, and unselfishness. They also never know the difference between "your" and "you're".

      Aaron Huston In mall near my home, they also have special action unit (SAU) Its combination of SEAL and Delta Force. As good as Delta and Seal, they are not perfect. That is the fundamental philosophy of creating special unit at the mall.

      wjb4341 that's not all black guys just like not all white guys are all about hard work. It doesn't matter what race it is each race has people like the other that's why where all one species human

    we did intense excersizing like this my jr year of high school and honestly its so worth it, as long as the coaches do it for teamwork and morale and not just making everyone more physically tougher

  • @gabrielcoronado6395
    @gabrielcoronado6395 4 роки тому +2

    I think the coaches wanted to train Marines, not volleyball players. It is excellent to do strength exercises, but honestly, it is a mistake to exaggerate. why train them in combat? To train a volley ball team I recommend putting the players to train ... volleyball. EVERYTHING ELSE to support the game. Not the other way around. A tip, by the way, to those who train volleyball: Play pediment by hand about 15 minutes three or four times a week. It is excellent for improving reflexes, gaining force in the blow, spring and agility in the legs. As it also requires moving in all directions, it improves the sense of space. Honestly, 15 minutes of pefiment will help you much more than half of the silly exercises that appear here.😏

    My team was the 2nd best and they used to wet the balls and then spike it at us so we ended up getting used to the pain sometimes we would dive with no knee pads so don’t you guys complain that your sixth grade volleyball coach is screaming at you💀

      Gabriel Coronado Umm have you ever played volleyball before...it aint just a game its a sport you have to jump high you have to look neat you have to be strong you dont have to be tall but its best to be tall and you have to have fast hands and run fast you also have to pay alot of attention on the ball get good grades so youll be able to be a goid sport and dont have attitude (even tho i have an attitude alot but i hide it when i go to practice or tournaments) i got low key mad when i saw this comment😷

      @karlaavball 7 років тому +7

      Quan Vu Dang I play volley so lemme school ya. Ok, this gives them agility, strength to hit the ball, being able to suck up pain and much more. This also helps you trust your team and be closer, making your team much better. bam 💥
