Calming my anxiety - What I learnt in lockdown

- Hey friends!
Now that the world has opened up, lockdown seems like a distant memory. Everyone had their own way of coping with the stress and anxiety of that time period. I know for me, personally, being alone with my thoughts for too long was not a good combination. So I began to draw, drawing has always been my go-to strategy whenever I felt stressed or anxious. It is how I manage to calm all the thoughts racing through my mind and now I'd like to share these drawings with you.
All you will need is a blank piece of paper and a pen or marker. Follow along!
