Hi Friends!
Today's drawing exercise is so versatile, there are a million and one ways to complete it. A great way to boost low mood is to practice some mindful drawing. All you need is a pencil, a ruler, something round to trace and a marker (bonus points if you have coloured markers!)
I hope this brings a little peace and calm to your day.
