I have listed the best WRC drivers by giving points to their achievements. This is the final part of the whole list.
First part: • WRC TOP 50 Drivers 41-50
Second part: • WRC TOP 50 Drivers 31-40
Third part: • WRC TOP 50 Drivers 21-30
Fourth part: • WRC TOP 50 Drivers 11-20
Damn we are already at the end, thanks for this serie, it was very interesting
Great video! Could you do a similair ranking with co-drivers?
@@jeftakoelewijn6120 well mostly it’s the same listing.
@@itgetsfasternow That's fair, yeah

awesome video
Nice video, but still unfair to compare modern drivers with old drivers, different times, different machinery, different number of teams
Machinery has been always comparable for the drivers at the moment. Rovanperä didn't drive against Andruet.
Years and eras are different yes but still the best will be the best.
Personally my biggest issue with this list is that there is no absolute way to measure pure driver level since motorsport is always a combination of pilot and machine, a good driver cannot win the title in a bad car.
👍
This is imo where the formula you have really breaks down. No way should 2 time world champion be rated over 4 time one. I would also put Kalle over any 1 time champion, not to mention the ones who never won it.
He explained how the classing worked in the first video, giving different points for the different achievements the driver made, winning a gravel rally gives you 100 points meanwhile winning monte carlo gives you 200 points, and so on for every ranking possible, Kalle just didn't do as much as the other drivers even though he is clearly top 10 worthy, loeb and ogier have such a gap with the others mainly because of their record breaking title
@@tomvancon5315 Yes, he explained how it is calculated. I still think the results break down, 4 time world champion should be rated higher than 2 time, and 2 time champion should be rated higher than people who just drove a long time without championships. I wasn't saying he calculated the list wrong, I just said that the formula for calculating it needs tuning in my opinion.
@ Why then do the rating at all if the only measurement that is good enough is the world title and you can just look at the list of world titles from juwra.com? I wanted to create a system to compare different achievements and I think it worked quite well.
Mäkinen didn't achieve much outside his four title years, whereas Sainz was 2-3 times very close to winning another title, I think his position is totally deserved.
@@tomvancon5315 Kalle will soon be ahead of all one time champions, if he just wants to continue in the sport for a couple of more years
@@itgetsfasternow I just think peak form over longevity when it comes to all time lists, though that is not some final truth. Just wanted to voice my opinion but I guess it came out overtly negative. I appreciate your video and system. You make great videos in general. Thanks for making them, the blog too and I hope you keep at it.
ogier has 10 monte carlo wins
@@olluzxq this listing was done before Monte 2025, editing just got delayed. And one of Ogier’s wins is from IRC
