Hey man, what shoes do you recommend for volleyball? I’m apart of a casual volleyball group and I tend to run on the court a lot to save the ball. I usually wear Nike metcon because they’re stable and provide grip, but just like basketball shoes they’re stiff to run in. I would wear running sneaker shoes but I don’t want to sprain my ankles. What are your recommendations?
Good question man, definitely an important part of the game to think about. I personally have always worn basketball shoes to play in, and have just gotten used to moving efficiently and quickly in them. But I do know that Mizuno or Asics volleyball shoes might be a little lighter to move around in.
Can you PLS PLS PLS ask Nelson how he became a good setter!
You can ask him first hand! @nelsonleevolleyball on instagram, give him a follow and ask away 😎
