Loved this one! I am 67 but did it all. I need to be challenged! Monday’s class was also fab as was the Diastases one. It was great to go back to plevic floor and core basics
Thank you Rachel. One query please Rachel, when doing the leg circles, is it harmful to the bones to keep doing this when bones are clicking all the time throughout the movement. I always do them but just wonder should I continue if they keep clicking? Thank you Rachel. Love your classes, kind regards B
Great workout Rachel, really enjoyed it. Nice to have a good stretch my way back into the sessions after a couple of weeks off in the South of Italy where it was just to hot to do anything, even though I took my little book with me!. Thank you as always you are brilliant. 🤩
May I ask what lipstick you use? Your lips are always so pretty with the colors that you are wearing, they seem to be resistant too. I've been searching for similar colored lipstick for a very long time🥰 Also if you are comfortable sharing other products that you use (foundation, blush, etc), it would be nice. We all need some great products for sweaty days that can hold well:))
Oh that was a challenge. Still can't do that core work. Instead I did that diastasis recti breathing and worked on that. I really loved that stretch you had on this workout. The one with that single arm stretch on the mat and especial that twist stretch on the end. Could not be live, had to say goodbye to my daughter. She moves to spain for 6 month.
