People have to work out! It won’t burn fat like fasting and working out. I did 3 days fast lost 4 kg gain 2 back because of water and food intake within 2 days. So everytime i do that i mentain - 2kg fat. The fastest way to lose fat is by fasting. Not an advicer these are just my opinion!
