Dillon will start the season at RB 2. Expecting Lloyd to learn the offense and pass proctect as good as Dillon for week one is a bit unrealistic. He will be brought along slowly and his playing time will be situational to start. He might unseat Dillon towards the end of the year , I could see that happen.
Exactly. They need the RB to pass block.
I think that may be my biggest worry going from AJ to JJ. I think mostly JJ can do everything Jonesy did, while being more durable... except maybe pass pro. We'll have to see. Hopefully him and Lloyd can step up@miscellaneousetc.4280
@@richardcheese9152 I have no doubt Lloyd can eventually be good at pass pro but it will take time. AJ33 wasn't good at it in the beginning but got better every year. Lloyd is bigger and stronger than AJ33 so it will take reps and experience but he will get there I'm sure.
If Lloyd makes plays, it won't happen slowly. Dillon and his 3.4 yard average will sit the bench.
@@WoodyZappa1 I don't think it's about making plays for now because Lloyd will make plays, that's what he does but we all know this if they can't trust you picking up blitzes you won't see the field. As soon as he will gain that trust from Love and the coaches he will be RB2
GO PACK GO!
Am I a lone wolf cuz I think Sean Rhyan is arguably our best run blocking lineman? He is always dismissed, stats are pretty definitive, pass pro, hmm, needs work! But he is learning!
You're not alone, he is the best we have at run blocking and I expect him to be the week one RG. As for the pass protection he was a damn good one in college but from the left side, it seems like he had issues transitioning to the right side but I expect him to be way better this year.
Nah Jenkins got him beat by a wide margain.
@@williamhermann6635 I won't dispute what you're saying, I should have said best people mover. Rhyan is way more powerful in the running game than Jenkins but overall you're right at this point it's not close.
PFF has Rhyan listed as the 2nd highest difference maker on rushing yards gained per rush in the NFL when he is on the field. Dude is a mauler, Jenkins the better overall lineman is more of a finesse guy, not bad to have them as guards, Jenkins is overall the more complete player.
@@jerryzarr7136 I'm not surprised, dude straight up moves people off their spot. He struggled in pass pro with quick moves but when he puts his hands on you it's night night.
Packers are 2025 super bowl champions. It was already written. #RememberThis
In a 4-3 defensive scheme under Jeff Hafley, the 4 players we should see up front the most make up a very solid group. Rashan Gary at defensive end, Devonte Wyatt and Kenny Clark playing at defensive tackle, Preston Smith on the other end with some room for Lucas Van Ness to come into rotation to keep things fresh. Kingsley Enagbare will see some work too, but barring injuries, Rashan Gary, Preston Smith, Lucas Van Ness, and Kingsley Enagbare should be the only 4 edge rushers that see any real time on the field this season. Of course there will be moving pieces here, such as Kenny Clark getting rest throughout the games, which we saw as a theme last season. This will allow T.J. Slaton and Karl Brooks to see some much deserved playing time. Obviously Quay Walker will be at the top of the depth chart, and the 2nd round rookie Edgerrin Cooper should be right behind him. Edgerrin Cooper was arguably the best linebacker in the 2024 NFL draft class, and he is absolutely ready to start at the NFL level. There will, however, be room for a 3rd linebacker to be on the field at times in this scheme. That role will likely be rotational and depend on what plays are being called. The top 3 candidates that I can see playing a 3rd linebacker spot are Isaiah McDuffie, Evan Williams, and Javon Bullard, who will likely be the 2nd safety on the depth chart. Jaire Alexander will be the starting corner on the outside and Xavier McKinney will be the primary safety in the 4-3 defensive scheme under Jeff Hafley. Whenever single high man-coverage is called in Jeff Hafley’s defense we can pretty much expect Xavier McKinney up top and Jaire Alexander on the opposing teams top wideout. Slightly less obvious but still pretty clear is the “slot corner” spot. This is Keisean Nixon’s role to lose. He played more snaps at the cornerback position than anyone else on the roster in 2023-24. We can expect that there will sometimes be a hybrid linebacker/safety type player on the field in place of him; but whenever a true slot corner is needed, Keisean Nixon will get the nod. Now for the interesting spots. We’ll start with the other safety. Our 2nd round rookie Javon Bullard looks poised to take over the role as a starting safety in this defense, but that’s just for now. I believe that Evan Williams may have the talent to work his way up to making that role a real competition. Either way, the safer bet for who’s starting in September is definitely Javon Bullard. The final spot that looks like a real competition could take place is the other boundary cornerback opposite of Jaire Alexander. There’s a serious case to be made for Carrington Valentine running away with that spot. He played well last season, and he played a lot. Injuries to the cornerback position were very prevalent in 2023-24 and Carrington Valentine ended up playing more snaps on the defense than Jaire Alexander and Eric Stokes combined. And with the volume that Carrington Valentine saw, he didn’t fold. He had errors at times, but he still outperformed all expectations that anyone could have had for a 7th-round NFL rookie. All that is to say is this is Eric Stokes spot to lose. Eric Stokes on the final year of his rookie deal after being selected in the 1st round of the 2021 NFL draft. The expectations for Eric Stokes have always been massive since coming out of that revered Georgia defense, and injuries have been the primary hinderance to his ability to meet those expectations. Nonetheless, if addressing his injuries during the offseason bore any positive results, he should see the starting role in 2024-25. If Eric Stokes can stay healthy he deserves a chance to play up to the level that we all know he can, and hopefully he can exceed that level of play while fighting for one of the most important achievements in an NFL players career; a 2nd contract. Go Pack Go 💚💚💛💛
holy crap thats a lot of words
@@stich21yep I stopped reading after I cooked the more and saw how much more it was. 😂
Can you do a stat prediction for all the starters on offense and defense
This smells like a fantasy football question 😏
JLo basically same stats as last year, Jacobs 1100 on the ground 450 thru the air 8 total TDs, Reed 90 catches 1k yards 6 TDs those are my convictions
@@richardcheese9152damn Reed only 6 TDs he had 8 rookie year
@@richardcheese9152what about Wicks and Musgrave
@@joeo4496yea maybe but I never seen nobody do a stats prediction video
WalkerLT MorganLG JenkinsC TomRG DillardRT.
Dillard is questionable, as I believe he lead the league last year in giving up QB sacks.
Tom at guard is a mistake. Hes a smaller player better suited for today's smaller and quicker edge players. Put him inside and he loses his advantage. Tom should be the left tackle for the next 5-7 years.
Michael Pratt was drafted in the 7th RD, but he was projected for the 4th and 5th RDs. So the Packers got a good QB at a big discount.
I can’t wait to see him this preseason. GO PACK GOOOOO
We have a lot of good problems 😅
I agree with Andy on Kraft. He just looks smoother and more of a natural at the TE position. Musgrave just looks awkward and glitchy if that makes sense.
Watson is the #1 wr. 100% chance of injury in the nfl, do we really need to keep kicking this guy while he’s down just cause the off season is boring? Plus wasn’t everyone just saying Wicks is a potential #1 wr also. So what? We go from maybe 2 #1 wr’s to 0 because we’re sad footballs not here or what? I don’t get it lol
Perry my dream girl❤
I feel for Toure. Honestly wonder if there’s late round pick trade potential.
I’m hearing dime linebacker looks like Oladapo has a shot.
hell ya go packers
Gamecock fan here, on Marshawn Lloyd, my main reservation isn't his fumbling, it's him trying so hard to go east and west that he doesn't go north and south. Can't juke everyone out and leap over everyone in NFL. Not sure if that makes sense or is something he has displayed thus far, but in games it seemed like he tried to do too much and sometimes it hurt him. Obviously, he's super talented and is loaded with potential but maybe has happy feet.
Well he wont have to try hard with the Packers cuz they run an outside zone offense. Should suit Lloyd perfectly.
@@williamhermann6635 hope your right for sure
🔥
I think Bo Melton is a main character.
Valentine is definitely better than Stokes 110%
I hadn’t seen her before. I thought she was your daughter at first, Andy.😂😂
I don't think Dillard makes the team at cut down to 53
andy loves to descrbe backup qbs as havng a "gamer mentalty" lol
Andy & Perry your a good team. Go Pack Go 💯😎
What no Aiyuk or Lamb trade talk how dare you guys lol!!!!!
Don't over look Dillon he's a beast 🤬
He's proven that he definitely is not
People love to hate Dillon. Its crazy.
No,
don't exaggerate. Dillon is not a beast. Seems like a great guy but the league had a chance to sign him and...
I agree. Dillion has worked out a lot in slimming down and is ready to show significant improvement as a RB this coming season.
@@petervaichus6978 Dillon will be number 2
I found harry Kerry's glasses. holy cow folks

Pratt on the 53, Clifford on PS. R. Walker is going to make the Packers move Jenkins to center u just watch. Morgan takes the LG job.
I believe Rasheed walker showed last year he was a very capable left tackle in the NFL, I see Morgan playing inside at LG as well pushing Jenkins to center or right guard cause Josh myers and Sean Rhyan aren’t apart of the best 5 olineman on the packers roster.
Andy rated Morgan dead last among rookies at mini camp. Kid has a long way to go.
@@WoodyZappa1 Andy also rated Andre Dillard as a top 20 prospect during the 2019 draft, so please take Andy’s grades with a grain of salt. Can’t wait for this preseason!!
@@WoodyZappa1 Packers really have done nothing to help him at mini camp. Plays LT whole college career. Lets play RG, and RT. Come draft lets draft a LT when Walker is our 3rd best OL, ok, then Draft T. Glover in the 6th. and before the draft they sign Dillard. So ..... Caleb and Luke are gone?? Probably why many thought Barton would be the pick. Going to cut a 6th round pick?
@@shanebuske3311I hope he has a great career in GB. Im rooting for him. He’s getting the same help Zach Tom got as a rookie, plus a ton more $$. And Tom, a third day pick, played well in week one of his rookie season at a position he didn’t play in college. Has been terrific ever since. And at training camp, the Packers will give Morgan a yellow pair of big boy pants with a green and white stripe down each side. Let’s see how he does.
Where is this bum Alex
Is that stiff Royce Newman still on this team???
Only news I am interested in now is when that bum is finally going to get cut.
He makes this team again after 3 abysmal seasons I'm going to lose my damn mind!
Deguara & Savage are gone. Now it's time to get the other underachiever Royce Newman gone!
Myers needs to fall on depth chart. Move Jenkins to center or let Monk challenge Myers for C.
Myers in a contract season it's time for this former 2nd rounder to prove his worth or cut ties!
Leave Tom & Walker at guard. Let the rookie Morgan be swing tackle or LG. Dillard next guy up.
Let Monk and Glover challenge Sean Rhyan at right guard. RG & center are the weakest links.
Moving Elgton Jenkins to center or right guard sounds extremely appealing to me.
Maybe the rookie Jordan Morgan can play left guard instead.
Dilllard can prove his worth maybe he plays swing tackle behind Walker & Tom.
Go Pack Go!
Andy has to be bald. This guy wears a hat everyday lol
Perri is so damn fine. I'm sorry. 😂
