The fried nian gao and sweet potato looks delicious😋👍. I made and fried nian gao for Chinese New Year too but I didn't use a flour batter to fry them. I only pan fried it on it's own and some with just egg.

Did it work? Nian Gao is sticky, hence I use batter for coating. 😃
