Another great video! The only shrimp I've recently kept are Amano shrimp. They are doing fine after over half a year. Is the care of Neocaridina any different?
The biggest difference is Neocaridinas are more sensitive to environmental changes. However, they get pretty strong once they settle down. Neocaridinas are easier to breed, whereas amano breeding is incredibly difficult.
Bettas are okay as long as there are plenty of hiding spaces. They will probably go after the babies though. Most livebearers will not eat baby shrimp, nor will small tetras. bottom dwellers are typically safe as well. hope this helped!

Thanks Madcat! I appreciate you stopping by.
can confirm they love guppy grass! I use that and java moss for my neos and they've been breeding like crazy ☺
Haha, same with mine! They absolutely love that plant.
my shrimp are in a 2.5 g with some platy fry that are about .25 inches (the fry have a 20 gallon to go to)
I was wondering if you could ask everyone if they want a fish tank review but with subscribers tanks
Is Betta a good tank mate? or what tank mates would you think will not eat shrimp babies?
