This was my introduction to Simon. The first question to ask is "Why" and the "how" takes care of itself.

Simon Sinek is a genius. He speaks in matter of fact way, yet he is speaking to real life and real family and real job situations. He is persuasive and convincing. He is a gift to the world especially for Kenya, which he refers to in one of his speeches. We need him here but we cannot afford him. Can he give his time, skills and knowledge as a game changing donation to an economy where the majority of the population are millennial. We need a role model, we require Simon Sinek.

nony intelligent? Is this the word maybe you were looking for ? And how he knows how to perfectly articulate the most simple obvious values of life in a very understandable way. I agree he is a genius of common knowledge which he can express, explain, and give a solution to problems. And don't get me wrong with the word "common". His emathpy and deep understanding is beyond any kind of common human beingthinking. It's almost embarrassing... how pure truth and comprehensive attitude about the surrounding world is a solution to everything. If that makes sense lol get high and listen to it. Lol

Thank you for this channel! I enjoy these videos immensley, instead of feeling like there arent any like minded people or feeling isolated, I am motivated to greet my day with an entirely different mindset. Even though I may never meet any these speakers, just knowing that my ideas are shared by others has made me want to go out of my comfort zone and talk to people. I am not a socially confident person, but I am getting better. These videos are valuable to me and my state of mind. Thank you for all the work you put into the channel.
So the best with what you have where your at.

Wow! Our company just went through a massive lay-off and fortunately, our president is willing to hear about ideas from keeping this happening again. As a school, we have to have a mission statement to keep accreditation. I feel that our mission statement needs to change because it only answers the what and how of what we do, but it fails to answer why we do it. This what I plan to address with my uplines in the company where I have worked for the last 10 years as a Financial Aid Director. Thank you, Simon!

"I saw you help that guy, that was cool" he said. I visited Japan this summer, for them it's way of living. That's how they interact with everyone around them. They help without thinking about it and without expecting a "thanks" afterwards. They just do it. I really hope everyone in the world could be like them, the world would be a fine place.

The problem with recognizing the wheels that interlock to move everything and its functions and imperfections is that just like waking up early or working out it takes a mind set of tenacity to keep doing good to see change slowly emerge. And since there are so many things wrong with every person, so lowly and selfish in this conservative society; the beginning of choosing a person to FIX might never come. Which is why Simon will likely be single forever. I've come to realize in my years of loneliness looking at all the friends that I would do anything for, and don't feel the same compassion coming off of them. Everybody lean towards good change... but they don't actually change, and if you're outside looking in, doing good in the world is only another excuse, a distraction to not look for a future spouse.
