I agree with you about spending a few dollars in the little towns we pass through when traveling it makes a difference to there economy Thanks for sharing.
Great episode, thank you. We’re planning to be in the Bridgetown area soon- the Blackwood river free camp was on Wiki but reviews said it was closed. Am I looking in the wrong place? Any tips appreciated ☺️
The great RV town is called 'Bridgetown' and the river is called "Blackwood River" - just thought I'd correct it so folks can search for the right places.
Thanks, very helpful content. I don't understand why the local authorities designate an area for only 24 or 48 hours free camping - what about 7 days so they don't discriminate against camper trailers especially for us grey nomads. The maths for the councils is pretty simple, you spend $X per day in an area, then for 7 days, you have left $7X in that one area you are probably unlikely to go to again.
Thanks mate! great tips for our up coming WA trip 👍

I wonder if the local caravan parks have something to do with it
@@ChappysTravels I'm sure, but its to the detriment of everyone else in the town because I won't go to a caravan park.
