Neat to actually see the clip, I heard Louis Edmonds tell this story in an video on youtube a while ago, apparently he was changing and got called back on set to do this scene and since there were no reshoots or anything he didn't have time to put pants on.
No, Mr. Edmonds was not trying to repress any laughter. He was totally in character and serious. His 'smirk', Roger's 'smirk' was his satisfaction in thinking that Victoria Winters was out of the way. I think David had locked Vicki in a room in the abandoned wing of the house and Roger found out about it and ............. left her there. He is happy about that.
You can tell Roger's trying SO HARD not to smile
I am actually surprised we didn't hear any quiet snickering off camera from one of the stage crew than hangs around watching the taping.
I’m at Louis’ grave right now and played him this clip! ❤️
❤
Thanks, I never knew which episode this happened in!

Not obvious in the clip.
That shows Louis Edmonds' professionalism, that he can easily overcome so many things that go awry.
I bet the cast died laughing after that episode ended.😆
I have never heard about this story 😆
Its infamous.
