You doing great.. you really took chances with that electric cables. Should used strip connector, temporarily...
Take care of yourself. It's not one Day work.
pleasure to watch Monster Dr Pipe! never thought that plumber' knowledge can be really interesting before I stared to watch your clips
Thanks so much 🙏🙏
Dr Pipe, I am heating engineer and have been for 43 years and also have a Buell XB 12 ss. I also like Radio 4. Good video. but you'll be back in 12/18 months and not just for a service. Flushing a system always make sense.
Maybe the lady didn't have enough money for the flush.
Very professional, faithful and tidy job. Thank you for sharing with us
Pleasure.. thanks for watching.
Pointless whomever fitted that great new valiant quality boiler for her at a cost, without doing a basic system flush for say 1hrs work at £50 (labour only required putthos won and refilling loop). At least a magnatex filter was used. I insisted on one on mine for again only £50 part. Despite 6 out of my 7 raiditors being fairly new few years before. Oldest was upstairs furthest away. Great job! Respect 🎉😊
Top banana👍 I use a pad saw gets right in there at a basin and wash it at the same time just don’t get the electrics wet.
Thank you for this so much. We have this problem and the same filter. We’ve never had a power flush and our boiler is f.23.
Welcome
Que máquina, me encantan tus vídeos!!
Gracias 👍
Good man
Mine has f23 is 2 years old and had a new pump, it still comes up f23
How far off the ground was the boiler fitted does not seem to be to manufacturers instructions.
You didn't seem to push having the system flushed. Can I ask why not. I don't mean in a sleazy salesman way but would that system not have benefitted from it.
I find a cable tie works a treat in clearing out the impellors
I have vaillant ecotec plus 831 boiler.
We had our system ( radiators) power flushed a year ago and everything was fine up until now.
I sat our water temperature at 46c however when we use water it fluctuate and goes up to 76c and back to 46c.
So we have cold and very hot water in few minutes and the boiler shows no Error codes so we don't know what is wrong.
I checked the megna cleaner and it is clean, no air in the radiators, we have not started using heating at the moment as the weather is still good.
Please can you tell me what might be wrong with my boiler?
Thanks
I could for a few 😎 or call a decent engineer 🙏🙏

What could it be?
Any part you think as its not showing error code?
Where are you based?
Live wires!!!! Been there, keep tounge in mouth!!!ha ha, another top video
Cheers 🙏
not live, else pump would have been spinning. programmer probably (hopefully) set to off
Hi I have this problem , I have clean the system out drain etc etc balance valves, but sometimes f23 occurs ,restart boiler , then sometimes code reappears, do i need to do what you did to the pump, then try . Then a power flush?
Needs a proper setup all tech 🙏🙏
Update...... it was a faulty worn-out central heating pump , replaced all good now
@@kamikazekaosI think I need a new pump on the pipes in the kitchen loft downstairs by my cylinder above..
Dear Dr Pipe, my father has been struggling with fault for 9 months with the exact same error code, he has has called plumbers round but they have not been able to fix this. It is a brand new boiler and every other day or everyday he has to wake up at 4.30am to fire on the boiler. He is 70 years old and I think he is fed up and to frank very exhausted. No-one has any idea what the problem is or what to do. Do you know where we can start by sorting this annoying problem out? Any suggestions you may have would be greatly appreciated. Ta.
It’s either blocked pump or needs a flush thru on coils 🙏🙏
@@drpipe Ok, I'll ask dad about that thank you.
