- Its been a While but heres an extended long video to make up for the time I haven't posted. Ive been seriously busy with the winter season upon us , as many of you are Im sure. Finding time to do this as well as my day job is very challenging. Ive made a real effort on this one loads of different stuff. Im wishing you all a Happy xmas. Lots of Vaillant and wb in here together with other tips and tricks.

Hi Doc, I hope you & your young lady friend💋💋 are having a great Christmas. That filling loop on the Vaillant is the wrong way around. The DCV should be on the Cold Main side.

On the boiler where the check valve had failed on the filling loop, does that mean if you drank the cold tap water you were potentially also drinking central heating inhibitor? 🤢

Ideal logics 🙅♂️ if I can help it. Worcesters not my favourite, white boxes full of razorblades. Will work on any but prefer not to. There's others but those are ones I've bad jobs with
Appreciate that 👍... I’m a big believer in what we resist... persists .. I used to hate wiring... avoided at any cost... every job seemed to be wiring... Soon I got better and better.still not perfect but try not to avoid great learning in all the stuff we do 👍🙏🙏

Hello sir!
My Ecotec plus boiler is opposite way in this video,no problem with heating. But when need I need hot water, after turn tap on and let it run and wait 2 - 5 minutes to have hot water. and sometime I can hear the Ignition fire up the go off immediately! So I have wait for 2-5 minutes again!
So this cause is diverter valve problems Sir??

Saniflows are a big NO for me but any boiler is ok , and temporary filling points or (Filling Loops) to me and you really need to be disconnected after use

what jobs does a plumber do which they cant do like a heating engineer?
Anything that involves taking the case off a boiler, or flue issues, cookers etc all come under Gas engineers.

Flue seal silicone.. high temp... do ALL checks after tho 💯
