It's gonna sound silly cause it's not even a motivational kind of video like you've done before, but I was feeling a bit down this morning (it's 9am here in France), not really wanted to do anything today, and yet after watching your video, watching you moving around assembling furniture, doing your workout and all that, I feel at least motivated to do my own workout, which might then get me motivated to try and complete my TDL for the day. I usually don't add any liquid or just a tiny bit to just help in the mixing process! Ill have to try the premade protein shakes!
Kendahl Rogers almond milk and berries with some greens can make such a good simple smoothie. I don't add any water
