Foods with high carb (such as bread, fries, pasta) is known to be addictive so that is why :P If you cut half or more of your carb food out of your diet your physical need for it will disappear after a short bout of withdrawal. The same with sugar. That is if you really want to change your eating habits, of course :) Whatever makes you happy!
if its really just the fries.. just a cut a few potatoes, put them on a tray in the oven and let them cook until theyre gold/brown. if you want you can put a bit a of salt on them but believe me, they are amazing. no oil at all. and super healthy. there you have your fries.
For me it is exactly the other way around... In summer working out is no problem, but now i'm constantly cold so I can't get myself to change into workout clothes...
Love you !!! As a nutritionist you should add a little more vegan protein to your diet! mainly because of the amount of exercise you were doing to stop your body from going into catabolics. It will help you repair and get the lactic acid out of your muscles 💪🏽 Even if it's just a scoop of vegan protein powder in the morning or one after a work out you'll be less sore and have more energy.

Kalyn- Sometimes I watch your videos on the elliptical for inspiration! As for a challenge, I think it would be fun to see you do a week full of different classes like yoga, zumba, insanity, or pilates, etc. Or I would love to see what you do for strength training because when I work out, I do best at cardio but I've never learned how to include circuit training. Maybe you should track your macros for a few days, i'm sure you're not getting enough protein in with your meals, they are mainly carbs and fats. Especially when working out and wanting to build the glutes (and every other muscles) your proteinintake is very important (should be at a minimum of 80g with your weight). That's no critic, I love your channel, it's just a tip from the bottom of my heart 😊

I love this video series! Maybe try challenging yourself to get at least 8hrs of sleep each night. I feel like we all underestimate how important it is and is something I'm working on for the new year myself.
I've done a one week fitness challenge before and I agree it does get your body physically exhausted. What I learned from the experience is that it's just as important to have rest days/active rest days(i.e. hiking, swimming, etc.) This gives your muscles the opportunity to rest and expand in its form. I wish you luck in your journey and I hope you're having a great day/ night (:

Hi Kayln ! Love the idea of the weekly fitness vlog/challenge ! If I may make a suggestion only because you mentioned how tired you felt due to your workouts. In part it definitely is the workout itself but nutrition also is another huge factor. As a vegan or vegetarian, your protein intake isn't much as it would be if you ate meat. Thus the reason I would suggest you may be feeling so exhausted. I went through the same thing. What helped my exhaustion was consuming more veggie friendly protein. Depending on your fitness goals, the suggested amount of protein is about 1g-1.5g x lb (your weight). Carb intake is also important for energy, and of course your fats like the avocado :).
You could spend every day for a week with a different stranger, like meet up with someone you met online or a viewer or anyone and do things you would do with a friend I think that would be fun to see :)

Yes but makeup is the extent of her cruelty free purchases, her other face/body care products as well as household cleaning products and candles are not vegan and many are tested on animals.
