One of my favorite game series of all time, and yes I will be buying the ports of 1/2 again. Actually, I don't think I ever got to finish Desperate Struggle.
I played 1 never got the chance to finish 2 either
I gave up on the final boss in the second one.

Haven't played Desperate Struggle, but I heard the final boss was hot garbage. Apparently it was made that way on purpose to serve a metaphor about revenge being unsatisfying. Except nobody appreciated it, rightfully so, because it came at the expense of gameplay.

@@emperorskulls Kinda curious if Kris Zimmerman Salter is still the voice director, but I think that might be a safe assumption (Suda's always been a huge Kojima fanboy and I think the very reason why KZS is the voice director for the series is because he wanted the voice direction in English to be similar to Metal Gear, heck they even share a bunch of VAs like Travis is played by the same guy who does Kazuhira Miller [aka the "played us like a damn fiddle!" guy]).
Though another fun fact about Travis' VA is he's also the Medic from Team Fortress 2 (kinda makes me wish we'd also get a cameo from the voice of Heavy with Travis saying something like "look I'm not a damn medic, just eat your sandwich and shut up!" to him).
There are not enough like buttons for this video. NMH is an amazing franchise, and I'm thrilled to revisit the first two adventures on Switch!

Taking a look back and forth between the "Return" trailer and this one, you can definitely tell now it was Sylvia in both cutscenes, and a great way to show her new model off.
Yooooooo, I thought that as well, but now this has to confirm she works for Damon or something. Or she could just be trying to use Damon to drag Travis back into the fold again, but on an entirely different scale.

Hey. Hope the series has treated you well. I recommend checking out Suda's KillThePast series, they're visual novels and the writing is pretty abstract but you might like it. The series consist of: The Silver Case, "Flower, Sun, and Rain," and The 25th Ward: The Silver Case. To me, what occurs in Travis Strikes Again: No More Heroes, makes it worth playing those games too. Only if you're interested of course.

@@12ealDealOfficial It seems like these ports are actually good. Suda seems to do better than Swery in regards to getting competent people to port his games in general. I really hope DP will one day get a non-terrible PC port.
@@yehuda8589 Same here. DP has gotten a pretty good following over the years. I don't expect SH2 levels of mod support, but I'm sure some much needed stability fixes will surface eventually.

In its general usage it's most often used in reference to infatuation towards girlish kind of cuteness, but since it's ultimately used to express a highly personalized feeling, it can basically mean anything you just personally feel like calling "moe", as these sort of things tend to do.

Travis is like Nintendo's version of Deadpool.
Technically that would be more Ubisoft's Deadpool since they own the series. Nintendo's would be Pit in Kid Icarus Uprising with how much that game breaks the 4th wall (minus the crude and mature jokes.)

@@CeHee123 Ubisoft doesn't own NMH in any way, they only published it in NA. Grasshopper Manufacture publish their games themselves now on the Switch, and Marvelous ports them to other platforms.

For those of you who were too young to play the originals at the time, or just passed them at the time because you didn't know what to expect; play these games. They are fantastic and between the two of them have some of the best boss fights in video games.

I got both, loved nmh1, but wasn't as crazy for nmh2 it just felt like something was off since suda wasn't the main director for the sequel, but he is for the third one so I have high hopes
