This is literally what’s happening to me right now! I’ve never had acne all my life and boom I’ve got all these bumps on my forehead I’m going to try this out thanks!
Your "before" looks JUST like my forehead right now, wow. It has been SUCH a struggle. The nizoral doesn't agree with my face unfortunately, as it really upsets my rosacea.
Go to the drug store and ask for ketoconazol 1 or 2% anti dandruff shampoo...don't ask for nizoral I have the same problem....if u can get the 2% one that will work faster
So sorry to hear you’re suffering with the same thing Cay. Thank you drama tea for coming up with a solution for Cay. I hope that works thank you so much for helping each other out and thank you both so much for watching xxx❤️
Then try products containing zinc perythione. It's another active ingredient that helps fight fungus. Maybe it won't upset your skin. You can find it in some shampoos or face cleansers. You should also check out Dr.Ray here on youtube who has many detailed videos about fungal acnea. I hope this helps.

I just want to say I've had these tiny bumps on my head for YEARS and tried literally everything, I watched this, bought some products and boom. They are practically non-existent 👏🏼 thank you thank you thank you for this video!! Honestly never been happier!
This got me thinking. I ended up using a zinc picolinate capsule ( which kills that type of fungus) . i opened it up, put the powder in a tiny container, added a teaspon of bottled water. Microwaved the mixture for 10 seconds or until I saw it boil. Mixed and swished it around until it was fully mixed. I applied this to my freshly washed face and then an alcohol wipe, to ensure it was as much of a raw surface as I could get . I could LITERALLY see the bumps begin to smoothe down and so much imflamation receed! It has left me with a type of chalky mask which I plan to wear for 30 minutes as you did with the shampoo. Man talk about instant gratifying results! Ive been struggling with this for almost 10 years. Thank you so much for the shampoo advice which lead me in research to find ingredients that kill the fungus, especially ingredients i have on hand at home! Now I have also confirmed that it is that type of acne . thanks again!
Brought this and applied it on my forehead for 45 minuites at night .. been doing this for 3/4 days and my forehead hasn’t been this clear in 5 years!! Thank you so much💞
I developed these from using a charcoal face mask. I used "Clean Clear Advantage spot controlled daily wash" and within 2-3 days they have almost gone. I would also recommend using face wipes and washing face 3 times a day. Edit - Drink water !!
Please do not apply Nizoral for more than 4-5 minutes!! Nizoral contains ketoconazole which is very strong, and can cause damage if left on the face for too long!
I just started using Nizoral shampoo, changed my whole routine and I hope to see positive changes as well. I'll update the comment after one week. Leaving it twice a day for an hour is a hardcore thing tho, its recommended to keep it on up to 10 mins once a day, but maybe i'll lengthen the time a little bit seeing your results :) Mrs Dudley, Im happy the products work for you, however, from my research they are not Fungal Acne (Malassezia) safe, and I wanted to share my views with my fellow Fungal Acne Warriors :). The CeraVe cream contains an ester called Polyglyceryl-3 Diisostearate, which feeds Malassezia! It also has a Glycerin but its triggering just for hyper sensitive fungal acne, so could be ignored. The Ordinary Squalane Face Cleanser also contains glycerine, but what's worst - it has FIVE esters that feed Mallassezia! Next product, The Ordinary Squalane Oil is good and shouldn't do any damage but its sourced from olives - sources say the best squalane oil is sourced from sugarcane, as olive squalan has higher percentage of "unpurities" that can trigger malassezia (but it's really small). Please note that Squalan Oil won't moisture your skin on it's own - it works like a layer of occlusion that stops water "evaporate" from your skin. You need to use AF safe moistruzing cream, aloe vera or hyaluronic acid (on wet face) underneath squalan. Next product, Niacinamide + Zink Serum i just started using too, because it's good for Malassezia as it reduces Sebum, if you're thinking about this product it is highly recommended to build up niacinamide tolerance first so it doesnt break you out - simply apply just a drop of this serum to your other serum or a moistruzer for a week, so your skin can get used to it. That's a long ass comment but I hope it will help someone. :)
So glad you brought this video as a teenager and I’m suffering with fungal acne on my forehead and it’s getting really embarrassing and I could do nothing but I’m really happy you have recommended products xx
Aww Lottie, you are very welcome, I’m so sorry to hear you are suffering with fungal acne too. I really hope these products can help you. ❤️ Thank you so much for watching lovely ❤️ xxxx
I've been struggling with the little bumps for YEARS! I've been to so many dermathologist and all of them said it's like clogged pores etc. But no matter what I do they won't go away, I am pretty sure it's actually fungal acne as well and I'll go to another dermathologist next week and ask him if it could be this! I couldn't find Nizoral where I live so.... yeah hopefully I find something similar! Having these little bumps is the worst! It may seem fine because it's not like huge red pimples or anything but the problem is that the skin looks bad texture wise and if you put make up on, it's even worse! I really hope I can finally get rid of this!! Thank you for sharing your experience and the products! I'll definitely try them!
Thank you so much for this. I only discovered today that the little dots on my forehead that are not going away is actually fungal acne. I’ve never had this before

Got fungal acne as a pre teen I got rid of it AND IT CANE BACK 7 years later. I have always had a strict skincare routine and this video really helped. 😊
You are the real deal, I’ve had prescription meds for fungal acne and they didn’t work, what you talked about worked in less than a week. I’m thrilled!
I’ve struggled for years with little bumps on my forehead, not knowing what they were and that got so exaggerated by makeup - Bought the shampoo after seeing this and HOLY! Cannot praise it enough! I’ve only been using it for 2 days and my forehead is already clear!! Cannot thank you enough for making this video😂
it just got delivered! i’m gonna try it and update! after trying it for a couple days there’s not much of a difference so far but the spots have definitely gotten smaller and they are less red.
Skin-care can be inexpensive! I don't know your situation but there are some great and simple products that are super cheap :) watch hyram, dr. dray, susan yara
I brought some creme for $.539 dollars..It still doesn’t work well..when I sleep early my acne disappeared faster than the flipping creme but I can never sleep early! Agh!
... holy smokes... I’ve been struggling with these bumps for awhile now and tried it for the first time tonight and almost all my forehead bumps are gone!!
evita thank you!! I’m so happy it’s finally gone (I never struggled with any kind of acne growing up, just a couple when it was that time of the month and some blackheads), I used the shampoo. It is very drying but it’s worth it
Synthia Rain omg same!!! i had perfect skin my entire life but recently i have been noticing more and more bumps on my forehead... i tried the shampoo but i'm not sure how long i should leave it on? or how much i should use it. do you have any recommendation? :)
SO useful! Thank you, honey. I have some of those bumps down the sides of my temples, never been able to find anything to treat them. If you could do a skincare routine, that would be fab! xx
You are very welcome lovely! I hope that these products help! I honestly can’t believe how much they have helped. I will definitely do a skin care routine then lovely! Thank you so much for watching hunni ❤️ xxxx
I just want to say thank you, thank you, thank you! I'm plant based and have reduced my oil intake in food and my skin to almost zero which really did help my forehead (and hairline) pimples but for about the last 6 months, I've still never been able to clear it completely and I until then (like you) had been lucky enough to have clear skin. I have to take daily low dose antibiotics since having my spleen removed a few years ago and have only realised from watching your video and doing further research that this is likely to trigger fungal acne, but this shampoo has worked amazingly in just 3-4 days too and I am honestly over the moon. So thank you soooooooooooo much!
if anybody see this nizroal is clearing up my skin i have tiny little bumps and greasy skin i been leaving on my face for 5-7 min in the shower than rinse i make sure to only put it on the needed areas cus some places can get dry for me
Unless you have extremely oily skin, any kind of shampoo is going to cause inflammation and damage the skin barrier. You should use an anti-fungal cream, like Canesten instead. Creams will be far less likely to cause irritation or damage to your skin.
Omg our foreheads are identical! Mine started when I simultaneously stopped taking The Pill and went to Florence and it was 90+ degrees Fahrenheit every day
I always put squalene on my face before anything else and pat it in or put it in with other oils and pat them in rather than rub them in, squalene is a great oil and sinks in.
Thank you for creating this video. This is exactly the problem that I am suffering right now, and I will be off getting my own bottle of anti-dandruff shampoo now.
@@celina2399 it’s so crazy because nothing else was working but just making the acne maybe worst or not effecting for a whole 7months then boom this magic pair I got worked like a charm!

Can I just think you SO MUCH wonderful English lady❤️ I live in the United States of America and I have been trying to get ahold of this specific Nizoral product for days, because the one here in the states does not work it’s only 1% not 2% of that stuff. I contacted so many other countries trying to get ahold of this shampoo, and they said “sorry, no. If you knew someone from Ireland or another country where this product is from (then) they could ship it to you.” THANK YOU GOD for AMAZON! 😭 thank you for putting up that link❤️
Omg I’ve suffered with this type of acne for YEARS and I’ve used sooo many different products that have never worked. I’ll definitely try this out. Thank you :)
Avery Li I definitely will. I just bought a pack of 2 for £10 on Amazon and it said it will be here within the next week or so so I’ll let you know how it goes 👍
To everyone wondering if this works: IT DOES. I used it about a week or more, until I noticed that my skin was peeling a lot. At first I couldn’t notice big changes, but after i stopped using it, I decided to pop all the little bumps and somehow those little bumps never appeared!! I used The Super Food face wash (its green) and did my face wonders. Now that im in quarantine and i ran out of face wash, the bumps started to appear again. I’ll try again this method and see if it till works
Brandon Hernandez After 3 days of using the Nizoral my spots started to dry out, now it’s been just over a week and all my forehead acne is GONE. I’m now using it on the rest of my face. Fingers crossed it will work! 🤞(I’m doing it once a day and leaving it on for 3-5 minutes before washing it off. I would leave it longer but honestly 3-5 minutes seems to be enough to get the job done). Good luck if you’re trying this. I highly recommend it!!
thank you so much for this video. since I don't have Nizoral shampoo, I'll try it with a regular Head&Shoulder shampoo, I started today actually but there's no difference yet. I'll definitely edit this comment so anyone thinking to do it with a regular anti-dandruff shampoo can see❤ first day: there's not any difference except my forehead feels a little drier second day: weird because seems like my acnes got bigger and more red. but I'll still try for a few more days. third day: no big difference but looks quite better fourth day: big difference: 90% of them are almost gone fifth day: it clearly worked a lot. I still have remaining 10% but my skin dried too much so I will take 1-2 days break and use moisturizer instead I can say that Head&shoulders also works!!!! HELLLL NOOO it worked well while i was using it but once i stopped my acne came back soooooo idk if it works for you but it didn’t for me
@@manueze8558 well, today was my 2nd day and it feels like my skin throws up all the oils in it so I happened to have a little bit bigger acnes but redness of acnes are gone.idk if it works for now. I'll update tomorrow.
I have had the exact same problem with my skin for years and I will say one thing. THE NIZORAL DOES WORK. 100%, I’ve tried everything under the sun and this works the best. I go back to it every time I’m tempted toward another product. I use this along with the Youth To The People Kombucha Exfoliating Toner to treat my bumps and my skin looks fantastic. The NIZORAL is only a few dollars. Definitely recommend.
Kaila gracey would you mind if I asked you how often you use it? I’ve been using it for 4/5 days now and can already see amazing results, is it something that I will have to continue using or will it cure it completely?
Amy J So once my bumps went away and I got a really good, quality and clean beauty skincare routine down, I only use it about once every one or two weeks. But when I was using products that had ingredients in them that actually irritated my fungal acne, I had to use it 2-3 times per week. What does your skincare routine look like?
kaila gracey thank you so much for your quick reply. My routine is pretty good (or I thought it was) but I’ve been through most of my products on the sezia website and there was a couple that I’m gonna lay off and hopefully I’ll see even better results 🙏🏻
I've been trying a ton of things. I've had fungal acne for the past 6 months 😩 and sensitive skin my whole life. I do Anti dandruff shampoo twice a day and that stops it from itching/burning for me but doesn't make it go away. But I leave it on a couple minutes not a half hour
Hi I have used The ordinary for years they are one of the best low cost brand's on the market and now they are in boot's just ashame the owner Brandon died he was a lovley man and invented this company. good luck with your skin it is looking much better. xx
That’s amazing to know Susan, I am such a novice with skincare product, but having this issue has really allowed me to learn so much! Hi👋 I just wanted to tell you my skincare routine for fungal acne on my forehead! MORNING 1:wash wash with cerave foaming cleanser (got from pharmacy €10) 2:add serum (vichy mineral 89) 3:add sunscreen lotion (avene spf30) AFTERNOON (after coming from school/work) 1:wash face *only with water* (I have oily skin) 2:add rosehip oil (all over face) NIGHT 1:wash face with cerave cleanser (same) 2:add serum (same) 3:add vaseline on lips Hopefully this helped someone, beacuse this removed 99.9% of my fungal acne in just like 2weeks. By the way I have mixed but more oily skin, so if you have dry skin don't use this. 😘
Thank you for the wonderful explanation and demonstration of how to apply and how it works😇 your about the 10th video I watched on how to get rid of this thing on me forehead and your the only one that actually took the time and briefly explained to us on how to get rid/ treat of it, thank you again✌🏼 May god bless you and your family😇👏🏻
Thank you, thank you!!! I figured out I had fungal acne last summer and have been trying out a few things, like the Nizoral shampoo. I agree with you that this has been the best and most effective way to treat it. However, I have been a bit careful when using it, only putting it on for like 10 min at a time, twice a week. I think I'm gonna try having it on for longer, because as you say, it really does the trick. I'm excited to try it more and also some other products you recommend! I think I have had it for such a long time, but no doctor has never known what it was. We need to talk more about fungal acne XD Thank you again, this was super helpful!!!
@@watttsssdown8691 No, not at all! The only thing is that my skin gets more dry. But I just put some Squalane oil on it afterwards, and then it's fine :D
@@watttsssdown8691 Sure! I guess I cannot be 100% sure since I have not been diagnosed by a doctor, but the clearest sign, thinking back, is probably telling my mum (years ago): I don't understand, they are so many, and they're like little bumps, in clusters!! Everything that I've read about fungal acne fits so well into my experience. And when I look at pictures of people with fungal acne, it looks exactly like mine. AND I noticed a difference when using ketakonazol shampoo. So I guess that's how I've figured it out :D Good luck!
@@bettan3165 hi i know this is months later, but will the nizoral get rid of the bumps entirely or will i have to use it forever? like if i stop using it, will it come back? thank you in advance!
Love your video! Very informative:) . Do you put squalane oil and niacinamide & zinc on the same day? 1) cleanser 2) Toner 3) Nazaril 4) squalane oil 5) niacinamide & zinc 6) moisturizer Is that the right process/steps?
My guess is that you got rid of it quickly because you’ve had it for a short time.. it was probably just an allergic reaction that was solved when you switched your entire skincare routine. It’s a big shock to the skin to absorb so many new products at once, and I believe it has nothing to do with the actual products. I suffer from this condition for years, and generally from skin eczema and allergies, so it’s a much dipper issue for most people.
Nitsan M I really appreciate your opinion Nitsan, but I think I know my own skin pretty well. As far as I am aware I have no allergies, and this skin issue had been slowly getting worse for over 2 months. So a long time if it was merely an allergy. I also had not changed anything at all on my skin. I have used the same moisturiser for over 15 years! And the same foundation for a fair few years too. I’m not saying that this will work for everyone. It sounds like you suffer from other skin conditions also and this is just aimed at my specific case of fungal acne. I think it’s important to share as although everyone is different it may help someone and if it helps just one person then I’m happy. That’s all I wanted to do ❤️. I appreciate you comment, thank you so much for watching xxx
Thank you so much! I'm gonna try these products. I thought I wouldn't be able to find those exact products but I'm so thankful I found them! I didn't even know this was fungal acne. Hi Juliette. Thank you for sharing this information I am so glad it worked for you. The Nizoral shampoo didn't surprise me though as I have used Head & Shoulders for years on my face when I have break outs of Seborrheic dermatitis on the side of my nose and nasal folds it's the ingredient Zinc Pyrithione in it that seems to do the trick (also cured my Dad and Sister who have the same problem) Although I notice that lately Head & Shoulders don't list Zinc Pyrithione in some of their latest updated versions. I have bought a bar of Zinc Pyrithione soap and it also works but at £21 a bar I might as well stick with Head & Shoulders!
Hi Gillian! You are very welcome. Wow, so you know the shampoo secret too! I still can’t get over it really. I did debate stealing matts head and shoulders as he uses the men’s one. I think the Nizorale has a different anti fungal ingredient called ketoconazole if that helps ❤️. Omg £21 a bar..... yeah maybe we will stick to rubbing shampoo on our face 🤣. Thank you so much for watching lovely ❤️ xxxx

Hi, the squalane cleanser has 6 ingredients that feed malassezia, I wanted to use it at some point but I checked on sezia and saw it has esters etc. How are you using it when it feeds the fungi?
Wow Kholofelo, thank you for picking up on that! In all honesty I never thought of checking the cleanser. I suppose maybe because it is only used briefly to remove make up it isn’t feeding the fungi long enough to cause any problems. I have been using it almost every day and my skin is completely clear, the clearest it’s been in a long time. I suppose maybe do not use that specific cleanser if you are concerned. Thank you so much for watching lovely and picking up on that ❤️ xxx
The salicylic acid one has Polysorbate 20 in it, it’s not 100% safe for fungal acne. I’ll suggest Stridex pads if you want to exfoliate your skin. And the squalene cleanser too, it has 4 triggers for fungal acne, I’ll suggest the Avene Tolerance cleanser. :)

I developed Malassezia back in March 2019, and now (September 2019) its finally almost gone. Its still there, but they are teeny-tiny compared to before. I was only able to find the 1% Ketoconazole Nizoral shampoo (Blue). It still worked, but I wanted it to go away quicker than what I experienced haha I really wanted the 2% (Pink), but I don't think that strength is available in the U.S. (at least I couldn't find it)
@@AM-ww9gk hi! It has taken all those months for me to to almost get rid of the yeast, though I'm still trying to completely get rid of it. I started treating since March, as well as changed everything in my skincare to stop feeding the yeast in March. I noticed a little bit of Malasezzia growing around the beginning of February, but at that time I didn't know it was fungal acne. I thought it was something else and used products that fed it and made it so much worse than before. Though for me I am almost certain that it was cause by a form of birth control I had, but when I removed it my Malasezzia was FINALLY able to significantly improve around July. On top of that, I also developed acne because of the bc method I chose. 😔

Malak Khalil Thank you so much for the tip! We actually have an Aloe Vera plant at our house so maybe I can use that? I’ll update you in about 1 week or so if I don’t forget. Thank you so much! 😊
Hi Juliette, anti-dandruff shampoo, that is so interesting. Do you think this would work on pre-teen skin, because my nephew is 12 and he has similar bumps all over his face?? Or do you think it's just puberty, we've been struggling to clear up his skin. Juliette you're videos are always so informative, you're so brilliant. Thank you so much😊😊😊.
Hi Johnnel,it could just be puberty but I really don’t see why you could t try it, it is just a shampoo so I’m sure it wouldn’t hurt to give it a try. Maybe do a latch test first. It does dry out skin so just be mindful that you will need to get some kind of moisturiser or oil to replace it, the ones I’ve mentioned I have found to be the most reasonably priced. Aww thank you so much, you’re so kind. Thank you so much for watching lovely ❤️ xxxx
Thankyou so much for making this video! I have been using the ordinary Squalane cleanser, nizoral and the ordinary niacinamide for a week now and slowing getting an improvement. It’s 50% better but my face is so dry so I just bought the Squalane drops for extra hydration. We don’t sell CeraVe in Australia :( Fingers crossed it clears up in the next few weeks! ❤️
You are very welcome Mia. Yay! I am so so pleased for you. Yes the Nizoral and the Niacinimide does make your skin quite dry so you have done the right thing investing in the squalane as that is soooo hydrating. Aww so sorry they don’t have CerVe in Australia, I’m sure there would be an alternative you could use if you needed a moisturiser but the squalane should help ❤️. Crossing everything for you that it clears up my lovely. ❤️. Thank you so much for watching ❤️ xxxx
I did research and yes, it does work, as well as every other shampoo that contains ketoconazole, such as selsum blue and head and shoulders :D just make sure to moisturize after.
head and shoulders has zinc instead of ketaconazole, but i’ve used head and shoulders on those little bumps on my arms and it honestly kinda works! zinc is good for these bumps :)

Just to let you know there is another site which has way more products that will tell you very quickly if it is safe for fungal acne or not, its called folliculituscout
Id honestly just go for nizoral because theres many videos of people using this particular shampoo for the same condition. Nizoral has anti fungal properties which is why it works x.

Jen Park i’ve been leaving it on for ten and i haven’t seen any negative effects :/

I just started using Nizoral shampoo, changed my whole routine and I hope to see positive changes as well. I'll update the comment after one week. Leaving it twice a day for an hour is a hardcore thing tho, its recommended to keep it on up to 10 mins once a day, but maybe i'll lengthen the time a little bit seeing your results :)
Mrs Dudley, Im happy the products work for you, however, from my research they are not Fungal Acne (Malassezia) safe, and I wanted to share my views with my fellow Fungal Acne Warriors :).
Please keep us updated how its going with ur skin! 😘

Do you put it on while your skin is dry or wet?
Unless you have extremely oily skin, any kind of shampoo is going to cause inflammation and damage the skin barrier. You should use an anti-fungal cream, like Canesten instead. Creams will be far less likely to cause irritation or damage to your skin.

I just wanted to tell you my skincare routine for fungal acne on my forehead!
MORNING
1:wash wash with cerave foaming cleanser (got from pharmacy €10)
2:add serum (vichy mineral 89)
3:add sunscreen lotion (avene spf30)
AFTERNOON (after coming from school/work)
1:wash face *only with water* (I have oily skin)
2:add rosehip oil (all over face)
NIGHT
1:wash face with cerave cleanser (same)
2:add serum (same)
3:add vaseline on lips
Hopefully this helped someone, beacuse this removed 99.9% of my fungal acne in just like 2weeks. By the way I have mixed but more oily skin, so if you have dry skin don't use this. 😘
Thank you for sharing this, I’m gonna see if this works for me cuz I have oily skin too 🙃
Thank you for the wonderful explanation and demonstration of how to apply and how it works😇 your about the 10th video I watched on how to get rid of this thing on me forehead and your the only one that actually took the time and briefly explained to us on how to get rid/ treat of it, thank you again✌🏼 May god bless you and your family😇👏🏻
Aww thank you Andrea, that means so much to me. I’m so glad it has helped you. God bless my lovely.
Thank you so much for watching lovely ❤️ xxxx
Bettan did it cause a bad reaction on your skin?
@@watttsssdown8691 No, not at all! The only thing is that my skin gets more dry. But I just put some Squalane oil on it afterwards, and then it's fine :D
Bettan one more question, how can you be sure you have fungal acne?
1) cleanser
2) Toner
3) Nazaril
4) squalane oil
5) niacinamide & zinc
6) moisturizer
Is that the right process/steps?
I Love Your Channel. May God Grace You To Put A Lot More Videos Like This. U R The Best UA-camr Forever. God Bless u!!!
I've had this for a long time now and before I got this, I never had any problems with my face. So really, thank you for the products and for finally letting me know what has been wrong with my face
how was ur experience with these products? does it work?
Omg, I have been suffering with the same thing for ages and I haven't found anything that works yet! Thank you so much for making this video and for sharing what worked for you! I am really impatient too and I am sooooo excited to try this and see how fast it works! Also, you're so fun and I love your videos! Keep it up girl!
You tried it???
Any updateee?
Aww Katie you are very welcome! So sorry to hear you’ve been suffering with it too! Yes please let me know how you get on, I think other people are also intrigued to see how you get on!
Thank you so much, that means a lot hunni. Thank you so much for watching ❤️ xxxx

Hey lovely, I love the ordinary I built my skincare routine around it, i researched it and emailed back and forth and use it daily it’s not just that I use but i do use it a lot as it’s that great, I especially use the salycic acid and retinol i own a lot of there range, I’m glad that you have found something that works it’s great hun because it gets you down doesn’t it I know it did me lots of love always Jo xoxo
Hi lovely! I’m so glad I found it and wish I had sooner! They are definitely very helpful too which I love. Ooh I’m excited to use the salycic acid now I’ve just been trying to clear this up first and then I will branch out. I will have to look into the retinol one too.
It really does, so I’m so glad I found something that works.
Lots of love Jo!

Oh my goshhh I thought I was the only one that got it in the UK I got the shampoo with the La roshe-posay moisturiser that has sqaulaine oil in it helped me this last week
Ive never had skin issues either and for the past 13days ive had the same issues. So i'm watching this to see how to get rid of it.
If I'm not wrong I think it's because of quarantine that we don't get enough sunlight. If I'm not wrong sunlight kills fungus
Thank you for your sound advises and suggestions.I can see the transformations .I hope I can find a suitable product for my skin pigmentation and acne scars..I don't want to go buying skin care products and they don't work like I have done for so long...I wonder if they do trial bundle .
I barely have any spots on my cheeks or chin however my forehead has a few, not many thank goodness.
Omg your skin is so gorgeous I honestly thought you had foundation on until you said!! X
Aww glad you found something that works for you xx
Thank you Lynn, me too ❤️.
A very helpful vid. Thanks! Love your accent 😍
Thank you Mark. You’re very welcome!
Aww thank you 😊😘. Thank you so much for watching lovely ❤️ xxx
Verrrrry helpful, exactly what I needed, thank you!
Hey did it work????
Can you please make a routine on how you apply these products?
Hi lovely, there is a skin routine video on my channel where I show how I use most products. This routine is after I have used the anti dandruff shampoo. I hope this helps.

I have started with this rash and I am 75 years old but I have been using OLAPLEX and I realise that this could be the cause of my rash
I used the shampoo and the bumps lessened but my forehead became so so dry. And it used to be very oily before. Now I'm trying to repair it.
If youre into something natural. Try using jojoba oil. Wear it before sleep. It work wonders on moisturizing.
@@idiopathic_x i cannot use oils because I can't risk having fungal acne again
애이A I recommend you to try aloe Vera gel or juice it isn’t expensive and you can find it outside so it’s leaves that is quite like a cactus but the inside is a miraculous clear gel that helps with moisturizing clearing anti inflammatory ph balancer it is litterally the best thing I’ve ever used on my skin and I still use and swear by it to this day research about aloe Vera and its properties as well as how to use it please you won’t regret . My bumps are never a problem for me now that I use it every night
This is how I use it
I cleanse my skin with a daily scrub cleanser ( I have combination skin)
Then without drying my skin with a towel a put a diy part water part apple cider vinegar as a toner on top of my wet skin
Apply the aloe Vera gel or juice on problem areas( for me it was my forehead and some areas of my cheek)
Then seal it all with Argan oil (I use olive oil sweet almond oil as alternatives btw my face hates coconut oil but experiment with oils to see which work)
So like using natural ingredients because I feel like they work the best and they don’t cost a lot so I really recommend it
Please Check out channels like wishtrend tv to find a lot more on how to solve acne create a skin care routine and channels like Bianca Renee today and other UA-camd that have tried aloe Vera just search aloe Vera for skin challenge and you’ll find many.
Please try it it’s very convenient not expensive and literally is key to clear skin but it doesn’t not work for everyone so don’t worry if it doesn’t work for you you can find other things and your acne is a journey and it doesn’t define you so don’t be sad if you had it everyone goes through it in their life so if this works for you please inform others they deserve to know about this miraculous ingredient hope this helps!
@@MilkyWay-vr7ku thank you for the recommendation. I'll try it out 😊
Thanks a lot, you really made it look simple. Getting Nizoral and the Ordinary cleansers tomorrow. Wouldn't be getting the rest tho. Maybe another cream.
Thanks Again.
She doesn’t expose them to the sun, you can see the marks of where she wire her sunglasses
I also recommend using ice cubes under them every night ( preferably after clean skin) to have bright under eye circles and youthful appearance
So pretty! You favor Lauren London!
I developed Malassezia back in March 2019, and now (September 2019) its finally almost gone.
Its still there, but they are teeny-tiny compared to before.
I was only able to find the 1% Ketoconazole Nizoral shampoo (Blue).
It still worked, but I wanted it to go away quicker than what I experienced haha
I really wanted the 2% (Pink), but I don't think that strength is available in the U.S.
i developed mine at 2016 to now. Im gonna try this hopefully it works
How do you know if its fungal or bacterial? Do the spots look different? Xx
It’s like a bumps under your skin with no color
Hi Louise,
Yes Llamll is right. They are almost uniform lumps, not spots as such and also, sometimes they itch too. Bacterial is more like spots and more sporadic in shape and size. It always a good idea to go to a doctor or a dermatologist if you’re not sure, but I’m just impatient! Haha.
Thank you so much for watching lovely and thank you Llamll for helping out too ❤️ xxx
Hi im from malaysia . Thankyou for reviews nizoral shampoo. I have acne fungal problem too. Thankyou for sharing this kind product. Im going bought now and hope suit for my skin too 🥰
my skin looked EXACTLY like yours. literally the same. used the same shampoo, it did nothing. im literally gonna cry ive had this for 3 years and it just wont go away. i thought it would finally go away after using nizoral and its been like 3-4 weeks now and it hasnt done anything. :(
try sulfur masks :( de la cruz 10% sulfur ointment its in a lil jar . and try pyrithione zinc soap . look up alllll of ur skin care products ingredients on sezia.com , it tells u if any of the ingredients r triggers for fungal acne . and theres a lot of fungal acne safe products u can use to prevent them from coming back
yikes yikes thank u so much
You are my new best friend. Thank you!

Johnnel Adderley hello! Honey works a bit as well and is very gentle.:)
Hello, fellow Australian here! Chemist Warehouse stock CeraVe products :) Remember to get the Facial Cream and not the Facial Lotion.
Is head and shoulders the same thing as the schampo she showed, beacuse I can’t buy it here where I live..... pleaseee answer
Wondering the same thingg
I did research and yes, it does work, as well as every other shampoo that contains ketoconazole, such as selsum blue and head and shoulders :D just make sure to moisturize after.
@@jaylawells2943 how to use it while bathing or raw
head and shoulders has zinc instead of ketaconazole, but i’ve used head and shoulders on those little bumps on my arms and it honestly kinda works! zinc is good for these bumps :)
@@samhamilton6265 can you please tell that how your bumps look like... I mean I too have small bumps on my back and they are of skin color and when I try to squeeze them there is something cylinderical shape thing comes out of them😑😑
And sometimes one or two of these bumps becomes big n reddish in color which hurts if I try to touch...
Just to let you know there is another site which has way more products that will tell you very quickly if it is safe for fungal acne or not, its called folliculituscout
Can you use another dandruff shampoo like head and shoulders??
Id honestly just go for nizoral because theres many videos of people using this particular shampoo for the same condition. Nizoral has anti fungal properties which is why it works x.
The problem is I can't order it online due to the virus, hopefully when everything calms down a bit I'll be able to get it but thanks💜💜
Had you been on antibiotics prior to developing this condition? They're a common trigger for it.
I think it was the humid climate on the vacation as she mentioned
The antibiotics cleared my skin really well. My acne was gone by 2 weeks because of the antibiotics.
@@sapwereld4303 Any typical acne I happened to have at the time was also cleared while on antibiotics. Then I began to develop malassezia folliculitis near the end or right after.
