    My skin looked like this too. I cleared it up by drinking green juices and drinking more water. It’s crazy how it’s not just what we put on our skin that can affect it, but also what we put in our bodies.

      Sure. I do 3 greens to one fruit. For example, dandelion, kale, cucumber, and a green apple. I also add lime or lemon, and stevia. Sometimes, I don't add fruit and just do greens with lemon and stevia. Soooo good!

    Those bumps are fungal folliculitis and was most likely brought on by the warm climate of the place you were visiting. The reason aloe vera works is because it has antifungal properties. You can also use sulfur soap and other antifungals to get rid of it.

    You should watch Liah Yoo’s channel, she has a wealth of information on how to treat the skin when the skin barrier is broken. Go simple & natural and moisturize, moisturize, moisturize. NEVER exfoliate when your skin is its at its most sensitive state. And yes, aloe vera plant is a miracle plant that helps soothe the skin. It also treats acne.

    Actually, one week ago I bought a face wash recommended by a doctor that also contained aloevera, I was not much concerned about it and ignored it. With every wash I started noticing textured skin and tiny bumps all over my face, it was really worse I had so much clear skin before. And I found out aloevera was what caused the allergic reaction to my face. I have stopped using it and it is getting noticeably better.

    I’ve always had clear skin. I got a few pimples that would come and go easily. I always stayed within the same line of products, so when I suddenly got this problem, I panicked. First I thought it was an allergic reaction (to god knows what), the night before my face was itchy, and then I woke up to a red rash face. It is day five now, the redness and itchy feeling is gone, but the grainy texture is still there.

      That item was GOD SENT, I washed my face with an Aveno cleanser and moisturizer, after ten or so minutes I applied the cream and 80% of the sandy texture went away in two or so days, I regularly use it (at least four times a week), it’s been two weeks since and it’s non-existent 🙏🏾 🙏🏾

    This happened to me just a few days ago, my skin was perfect and then one morning I had the SAME fine rash covering my entire face, no itching redness or inflammation. I think it may have been something I ate unknowingly because it seemed like an allergic reaction, I'm still unsure. What helped me was washing my face with my normal cleanser morning and evening as usual but additionally rinsing my face with just water during the day, no moisturisers or creams just leaving my skin open to breathe (but clean). In 3 days it's already almost fully cleared up, all the best!

      R.A. Cruz actually when we think that we have oily skin, we tend to conclude that we don't need moisturizer. But honestly, the answer is the opposite. The more our skin is dry, the more it pumped oil. What we must do is to regulate it. To understand it more, try to watch Liah Yoo's vlog here in YT. She's very good in explaining skin conditions and introducing products as well that really works. Oh she also explained the AHA and BHA. Trust me, you will know your skin better after following her.

      TJ Maxx usually has it. I highly recommend the gel mist version, some brands are higher aloe content (I swear by 98% aloe gel mist). Combine with a green tea sheet mask, vitamin E oil from Trader Joe's, and a snail mucin sleep pack; your skin will think it's died and gone to heaven.

    Glad you found the cause and learned from the experience! Exfoliating is tricky especially if you’re new to skincare and haven’t done your research. I used to use a daily exfoliating cleanser to wash my face and treat acne. I didn’t know it was drying out my skin and making it more sensitive at the time. Now that I’ve done my research, I treat my skin more gently via the products I use and how I cleanse it. I only chemically exfoliate with Drunk Elephant’s glycolic night serum once a week and that’s all the exfoliation I need. One time, I heard someone say they used the same glycolic night serum every night and wondered why their skin wasn’t reacting well to it. I was horrified at the idea of using such a strong chemical exfoliant every day. I was glad to share how I used the product and the information I learned about exfoliating.

    as a dude who still has issues with his skin, and knowledge that everyone's skin and surrounding conditions is different, my only advice is; see a dermatologist and get them to work their magic. I know it might cost a bit but its totally worth it, i had nasty cystic acne and went on a isotretinoin treatment and its gone now and i feel far better and my interactions are better too. think of it like going to an orthodontist for braces; its not going to change you, but will make you look like a better you and you'll feel it and its worth the money.

      Elaine Villapando Hi, exfoliatingbis like using eskinop or toner?

    • @jhanezmile23
      @jhanezmile23 6 років тому +5

      Elaine Villapando exfoliating is like body scrub but it is for your face. It is facial cleanser that has tiny beads to remove dead skin. Eskinol does not exfoliate but it burns your skin because it is made of alcohol. Toner is to something you use after washing your face to so that your pores will close. Eskinol is not a toner, okay? Toner and Eskinol are 2 different products with different use or functions.

    • @jhanezmile23
      @jhanezmile23 6 років тому +2

      Sapphire Kuroko Eskinol are being used by people to cleanse their face however it has bad ingridient which is alcohol. Putting alcohol on your face regularly will burn your skin and will lead to dark spots. Make sure to use products that are alcohol free and oil free for a healthy skin.

    This began happening to my skin a few years ago, after my body went through the trauma of several cardiac arrest events. Idk if that played a part, but I truly believe that it did because afterward my skin changed, my hair was falling out (way more than it usually does) & even my taste changed. What I found helped me was antibiotic ointment! My mom actually recommended it. And literally, within a few days, it was gone. I had tried organic remedies, & a friend of mine even made a balm for me. Nothing helped except the antibiotic ointment. Just a suggestion...

    OMG. I am currenly experiencing this sudden bumps on my face and i searched for "bumps on the skin" and lead me to your video. Surprisingly, i started using the same product Alpha H Liquid Gold which flashed on your screen and initially I was soooo happy and shookt that it was so coincidental that you were talking about skin bos and using the exact same product as I just did this morning after feeling my face so sandy. Then when you continued, i paused for a minute and washed off my face immediately. 😭 i actually have high hopes for that product coz its very pricey and claims are really good but luckily, i watched this video and found out that it's not advisable to use it fornthe current situation of my skin. Thank you Ms. Kryz. I'll wait til my face gets better then only i'll continue using the Alpha H.

    I had frequently get heat rash in cities that high humidity and overall poor air ventilation (especially areas that far from sea) and sometimes sunburn after under the strongest sunlight without any sunscreen like straight 4 hours and above? Aloe vera really helps but I do allergic to the yellow juice from the aloe vera skin (the original plant!) ----- I get red raise intense itchy bumps when placing these plant aloe vera straight from pot to my skin after 5~10 minutes (of course, after cutting the leave, I do rinse the leave under running water before cut the gel out). Therefore, aloe vera gel is a better choice for me though most of the commercial aloe vera gel has the alcohol thing in it which slightly irritate and might dries me out a little bit too😥 but the rash adverse reaction is much lesser than straight from the plant😢

      The yellow sap is toxic you should get rid of if before putting in in a pot and onto your skin

    THANK YOU FOR SHARING THIS, KRYZ! I recently had a trip to the beach and I was shocked to see the same skin texture on my skin as well, given that I've always had clear skin and I've never had any major skin problems. I've been doing so much research and I can't really pinpoint it, so this means so much to me! I'm definitely gonna try this!! ♥️

    Exfoliating every 28 days makes so much sense! Skin cells turn over every 28 days so it would be pointless to exfoliate cells that haven’t “shed” yet. I got perioral dermatitis from over exfoliating, I was in an esthetician program and we did full facials 2-3x per week

      I’m having the same. I did aqua facial around Christmas, then a few days later I did a aha peel, then a few days later I did another scrub, because it was feeling so sandy…then I did another kind of exfoliation 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️ It must be over exfoliation.

    You are what you eat so its essential to eat organic and simple less oily and less spicy food to get a glow from with in and appropriate water intake is must too.After that outer skin care will be fruitful if any one has a good healthy and toxin free body from with in.So take care of your health and skin and stay blessed.🙂
