Hi Everyone! Two things: Dr. Desai said to use Nizoral every day until the fungal acne goes away, then move it to once a week for maintenance. Also, I meant PHAs have larger molecules, so they don’t penetrate as deeply. 🤗
I’ve been using Nizoral for about a year and it works great for fungal acne. I’ve used it on my forehead and for bacne breakouts before a shower and clears me up amazingly. 👌🏽🥰
@@elizabethmarie543 yeahhh, all that condensation from your breathe going all over your face is the cause of this😫😫 I might start washing my face everytime after wearing a mask

That shampoo literally saved my skin!!! I caught fungal acne from my sunscreen it was too oily. Thank God I caught it right before it spread all over my face.
sword blacksmith because I looked it up and there were very tiny and spreading across my face. Like one morning I woke up and they were all over my forehead, and by the afternoon they were on my cheek area. So that night I put on my acne products and they weren’t working for me like they usually would. So the following day I brought it and it used for 2 days (at night) and they went away.
sam lab if oil cleansing caused acne then you’re probably not doing it right. You have to remove makeup with a oil cleanser(NOT A DIY ONE) and then follow up with a regular cleanser which will take out all the oil.
To everyone mentioning that some of the ingredients in these products aren’t good for fungal acne, I discussed this with Dr. Desai and she said it’s not about one specific ingredient. She looked at all of these products. There is a lot of contradictory information online, so I won’t with what she approved.
Nash _ it depends on the person. Many see great results with Nizoral but some don’t. Nizoral is very drying and when your skin is dry, it means your moisture barrier isn’t doing so great which will cause acne or even more fungal acne. If Nizoral dries out your face and using moisturizer doesn’t help with the dryness, then stop using it.
The Versed Retinol is terrible for malassezia overgrowth so I have no idea how Dr. Desai recommended that. It has so many different oils and fatty acids in it. The toner and gel cleanser also contain triggers. Expected the video to be more researched when you're trying to recommend products to treat an actual skin condition that's usually assessed by dermatologists. ESPECIALLY if Dr. Nina Desai is putting her stamp of approval on it, seems like she didn't read the ingredients of half the products before saying they were safe.
Well on the flip side oils that have an Oleic dominant fatty acid profile can proliferate P Acnes (which makes acne worse) however oily with a Linoleic Dominant profile (sunflower, safflower, grapeseed) tend to help lessen acne. Your point is valid with regards to Fungal Acne specifically. I heard that certain oils like squalane oil, MCT Oil, & Mineral Oil (which I have a hard time getting behind) are fungal acne safe.
I’ve observed that polysorbates are the worst triggers for my fungal acne. Its so sad how difficult it is to find FA-safe products with retinol and azaleic acid that don’t have polysorbates in them. I hope brands step up to this rising demand soon.
@@alezandradavila2581 Fungal acne is not a bacteria, so something being antibacterial does nothing to it. That's why regular acne treatments do not work on it. Mandelic acid is a great AHA for exfoliation, but it's not going to cure fungal acne.
Susan as much as I appreciate your videos and recommendations, and love the fact that you're going out of your way to create routines for people who don't have your skin type, a lot of these products are actually not suitable for malassezia. It doesn't necessarily mean you can't use them if you have fungal "acne" (malassezia folliculitis), but several of them do contain ingredients that can exacerbate it and viewers should be cautioned about that fact. Specifically the Versed retinol contains sunflower seed oil, shea butter, sea buckthorn oil, rosehip oil, polysorbate 80, and hydrogenated vegetable oil which are all lipids that can exacerbate the growth of yeast on the skin. I'm actually shocked that Dr. Desai would skip over a serum with this many fatty acids and call it fungal "acne" safe. Also the Glow Recipe toner contains a ton of amino acids which can potentially accelerate the growth of the malassezia yeast when it's exposed to lipids, and this toner also happens to contain sunflower seed oil which directly feeds fungal "acne." The Summer Fridays cleanser also contains amino acids and the same sunflower seed oil. That micellar water does contain a few fungal acne triggers, such as the shiitake mushroom extract (which is a polysaccharide that can feed malassezia) but overall would recommend using a micellar water over a pure oil/balm for fungal acne. Of the products mentioned in the video I 100% recommend the Nizoral, Vichy Mineral 89, and Krave Water Cream if you have problems with malassezia overgrowth. Personal recommendations to replace the micellar water, gel cleanser, toner, and retinol would be the Bioderma micellar water, Vanicream cleanser, the Cosrx AHA/BHA toner, and Differin adapalene 0.1% (if you're not able to get Differin OTC/live outside of the US the Dr. Dennis Gross retinol is relatively fungal safe.)
@@ericmartin9569 Neither are recommended. The Ordinary's Natural Moisturizing Factors has a lot of fatty acids (which naturally occur on the skin, but are what the malassezia yeast feed on.) And peptides are not fungal acne safe, aside from that The Buffet also contains emulsifiers like polysorbate 20 and PEG-40 that can trigger fungal outbreaks. This doesn't necessarily mean using these products will trigger a malassezia outbreak (especially if you're regularly treating it with something like ketoconazole 1% or 2%), but it has the chance to exacerbate it if that's something you're prone to. It's an at your own risk and discretion type of thing with malassezia, many things can make it worse or cause a flare up.
Amen! Just made a comment before i found yours. It is so difficult to find products that work for fungal acne.. I've gone years trying products that someone recommended for acne, only to break out even worse! So when i saw this video i was so excited but then i looked into the products and damn..
I was recommended to use Cosrx propolis ampule and an apple vinegar+green tea toner (I am sensitive to salicylic acid, so can't use BHA toners), what are your thoughts on that? Thank you
I have a question but is it normal for your skin to be super red and stingy after using the Nizoral on your face. I have only used it twice and so far I do not notice any huge change with my seborrheic dermatitis (a form of fungal acne).
Thanks for this, I've had fungal acne for years and ive always just thought it was normal acne until I realised that all these products I was buying were never doing anytging
I suspected I had fungal acne for the longest time, have never been to a dermatologist, but I adopted a fungal acne safe routine in recent months and my skin has been in the best condition it's ever been. Another good website is Folliculutis Scout for finding fungal safe products because it breaks down the products by their ingredients and rates how safe it is for fungal acne!
Thanks so much for listing that website! I got so overwhelmed with so much info. I also think I have a mild case of fungal acne and this really helps me navigate through ingredients!
Thank you for this. I have bad such bad skin out of nowhere for the last 3 years and finding out I likely have fungal acne made me cry from relief because I feel I finally have an answer. I'm trying so many of these products asap!
I went to a Dermatologist who biopsied my skin that's how I got my diagnosis! After 30 years of failure, waste of time & SO much money it was worth it!
I found that Nizoral was way too harsh for my skin. My derm recommended Noble brand 2% pyrithione zinc cleansing bars from Amazon. It’s about $12 and has different iterations (emu oil, Argan, mango butter). It works great for me, and a bar lasts months and months. (I use the Argan oil version.)
Zinc pyrithione does help, but argan oil feeds the fungus! And zinc pyrithione is fungostatic, not fungicidal, so it doesn't kill the fungus, and is better for maintenance. A lot of dandruff treatment and fungal treatment still have ingredients that will feed the fungus... not the greatest formulations, and I found that out the hard way, with a shampoo that had an ester in and that made me flare up instead of helping!
I wonder how can Susan apply different types of products on her skin without getting a reaction I know she probably washes her skin after the video but doesn’t her skin get irritated ?
Hey guys! Susan said she had a hard time finding a light ceramide cream, so one that I know of is the Mamonde Ceramide Light Cream that Liah Yoo has raved about. Hope this helps❤️
Madoodles Alagappan Hey! I used it kind of like a mask on the area (apply and let dry) I was experiencing the acne (my forehead) and within 2-3 uses I was able to get rid of it! Keep it mind it can get super drying so make sure to hydrate after.
I'm a swimmer and that's how I normally get my exercise but since pools have been closed I have to run everyday, which makes me sweat like crazy, and now my forehead is COVERED in these bumps that only go away if I don't sweat!! I need the chlorine to keep my skin dried out 😢
I totally get this! I was living in the city using city water which contains chlorine and all these other harsh things and my skin has always been clear. I just recently moved out to the country side using strictly well water and have been sweating so much from all the farmwork and my god I've never had acne like this in my life... Want my clear skin back!😭
My husband has used Nizoral for years..... i also use it on my kids. I’ve found it only needs to be used one- three times a week after you start seeing results. My 5 year old had some intense cradle cap and it cleared it up in a week and it’s never returned. I think nizoral works great as a “spot treatment” rather than washing an entire area that may not need to be treated. Also, I’ve found for my sons entire head, all he needs is a pea sized amount on the fingertip. Hope this may help those who want to try it. It really will sting your eyes! I hope it works for others as well as it’s worked for my husband and my kids!
*Week 1:* I can’t tell a difference yet. I feel like my skin has been breaking out a lot more especially around my chin and jaw. Some of the bumps seemed to have cleared on my chin. Not much though. Hopefully better results come by each week!!! *Week 2:* I think it’s helping my forehead a lot, but not as much my chin or jaw. It’s making the bottom part of my face pretty dry. I think it’s the Nizoral shampoo so be sure to buy a moisturizer! *Week 3:* I had stopped using it because my skin started getting really dry and it just made me break out more lol that was a waste of money 👍🏼
Hey! I have fungal acne on my forehead and she says that the summer fridays and nizoral shampoo are the best , but she says the summer fridays is a good cleanser for make-up thats maybe still on your face but i dont use make-up so do i need to buy it? Sorry that i ask you this and sorry for my bad english
Melisa Can although you don’t use makeup, it is still a great cleanser and good for you skin. It’s up to you, but I recommend still getting it. Hope that helps! :)
Elaina D McIntyre thank you so much for responding! Uhm actually do you need to buy all the stuff she uses in the video because she says her skin felt very dry after the shampoo but is it bad for your skin to feel dry? Or should i buy just not all of them ? And how long do you actually need to do the routine because if you stop it can come back right? Or not ? Im sorry that i ask a lot but i usually dont put anything on my skin and im scared that it wil be really worst if i do something wrong
Melisa Can for me, I got all the products besides the retinol serum and oat cream. So I’m not using all the products she’s using, but I do think the Nizoral shampoo is helping some so I suggest using it and if you get a moisturizer then you can keep your skin from getting too dry. My skin isn’t dry though and I’ve been doing this routine for about 5 days. My skin is sensitive as well. It usually takes a least a couple of weeks of consistent/ daily use for you to see a difference. I will keep updates on this comment after very week of daily using these products so stay tuned lol
This is literally one of the most informative and helpful videos on the topic I've ever seen -- no bs pseudoscience, everything is evidence based and you're using one of the main antifungal treatments! I'm going to try this routine out and I'll update this comment so I can track my progress lol. It's very depressing bc I have to stop using shea butter :/
Glycerin in high concentrations can seriously promote the growth of malassezia on your skin and unfortunately almost all of these products do have glycerin as a top ingredient. In fact there are a lot of problematic ingredients in this list of products... The Simple Skincare Science blogpost you linked is a fantastic resource for info on fungal acne safe products, so please look to that for your info!
‼️‼️Maybe it would be more advisable to start with an antifungal cream. Nizoral has SLS, and I’m not like anti-SLS, I used Cetaphil, but I think leaving it on the skin for 5 minutes would compromise your skin barrier so much that it would be better to start with an OTC antifungal cream like clotrimazole or miconazole (-azole basically means antifungal). It would probably better to use a light amount of cream before resorting to soaking your face for an extended period of time in a cleansing agent, especially if you have sensitive skin.
I think you’re confusing Sodium Laureth Sulfate (which is found in Nizoral and is milder/safe) with Sodium Lauryl Sulfate (the notably irritating/drying one)
I have nizorl on my face right now while watching this!! Really happy to see people talking about it! Work up to leaving it in your face start with like 3-5 min then work up your time. I have fungal acne and hormonal (super fun) it totally works.
Priscilla Peres I was using it as a Face wash everyday and the. Started using it as a mask and burnt myself on accident leaving it on (like actually burned) so now I only use it as a face wash once a week
I would clarify that not all anti-dandruff shampoos will work. Nizoral is ketoconazole, part if the “azole” antifungals that we commonly see in products mostly for fungal skin infections but it can help with dandruff. Other anti-dandruff shampoos, such as Head & Shoulders, are NOT ketoconazole and do not work as an antifungal! XOXO, a pharmacist ♥️
You’ve saved my skin! All the mask wearing triggered a fungal acne outbreak. I started using Nizarol, but didn’t know I needed to stay away from oily products to balance the dry. I was just making the problem worse 🙃😭
selenium sulfide and pyrithione zinc shampoos are also pretty effective choices you should not be missing they are really a game changer and work miracles on the skin.
Love these individual skincare routine type vids😍 overtime do you think you’ll do skincare routines for other skin types/concerns like dry, combo acne prone? I’d love to see that🙃
I am SHOOK! I finally got nizoral for christmas, and i used it ONCE and i already saw my tow biggest spots go down a lot! Thank you so much for the step by step and the tips!!
@@ibiweebi3694supposed to use it 2-3 times per week. Apply like a mask and leave on for approximately 5 minutes. Very drying so best not to use too frequently in an attempt to clear skin faster. Then use as needed if reoccurs. Or use once a week to prevent reoccurrence. Steer clear from any oils as fungal acne thrives in oil.
My experience with fungal acne: When I was in college, I was able to see a doctor for my acne, she prescribed me benzoyl peroxide and a topical antibiotic. It did nothing to help my acne :( I tried lots of different things. I was getting acne bumps, but also had really bad skin texture on my forehead, sides of face, chin, actually everywhere lol. The texture was actually tiny flesh colored bumps and NOTHING was smoothing them out (salicylic acid, differin, you name them all). They were very noticeable and my skin was horrid. The PIH was terrible. After college, my healthcare plan changed and it was terrible. I could no longer afford to see a derm (I actually did go, but he was terrible and spent only 30 seconds with me and prescribed me $900 worth of treatments (about 5 different products/prescriptions) all at the same time (he apparently gives this treatment for all patients with acne, and only personalizes it after patients have undergone his ridiculous treatment plan for some time). I didn't know what to do. I couldn't afford the treatments. I did a bunch of research and started washing my face with head and shoulders shampoo (I also have dandruff, and the bottle was in my shower, so I thought why not). I did it everyday for nearly a month, then did it about once or twice a week thereafter. It took several months, but my acne completely cleared. I only get one breakout a month when my period comes around. I continued with the head and shoulders once a week for about a year. I'm noticing that I'm getting more pimples, but they are more hormonal in pattern than fungal (around my jaw). A year or two ago, information on fungal acne was lacking, so I'm glad these videos are coming out. I'm thinking about switching to nizoral and seeing how that goes! My dandruff is coming back (on my head) and its not going away as fast as I would like, so I'm thinking to switch.
also simpleskincarescience's blog has LOTS of info on fungal acne. there are certain products in moisturizers, etc that have been shown to promote the overgrowth of Malassezia. I believe the versed skincare product Susan used in this video isn't fungal acne safe because it has an ingredient or two that makes it worse.
@@luluyatekle1825 it takes some time but if your acne is fungal, it should help. Head and Shoulders has a lot of fragrance and strong soap chemicals in it, so if you have sensitive skin, it may feel irritating and it can make your face feel dry. I make sure to hydrate my skin well after I wash it off thoroughly. I put moisturizer on while my face is still wet, and I apply more after the water dries. This minimizes irritation and dryness. Let me know if you have any other questions!
I love this but the only recommended products that are suitable for fungal acne are the vichy 89 and krave oat cream. I know it's super hard to find products but this video can make someones fungal acne worse...
It's not always ok. You have to test it yourself, because not everyone with fungal acne will get a reaction to glycerine. But I would say it's still pretty risky to have it in your cosmetics, especially in high concentration.
If Nizoral is unavailable in your country, try searching for Ketoconazole 1% shampoos online, all of them are alternatives to nizoral. I used Danfree by Cipla, worked pretty good! Nizoral isnt the only solution out there.

Hopefully more skincare gurus would acknowledge this issue.
I just bought 2% ketoconazole shampoo because the acne on my cheeks is very likely fungal (the rest of my face looks great ever since I introduced a solid routine). Pretty sure the fungal acne is because of the face masks as it gets really moist and warm under there and i wear them hours at a time at work. I'm really excited and I hope these damned weird tiny bumps will go away. Fungal acne sufferers unite -_-

I can already see a huge difference but I don't want my skin to get used to this product either. Try that, if it starts burning, wash it off and reduce it to every other day and apply aloe vera if possible help soothe the redness and irritation. Good luck!
Oh, Susan. The skincare UA-camr we all need 😀 I'm touched by your actual use of a routine that isn't even an issue you have! And, as a sufferer (oh, how we sufferrrr 😂) of fungal "acne", I feel very seen and heard, so thank you! A few points: that retinol is not FA safe. Any natural oil are feeding the yeast. Polysorbates ditto. The fungus, it makes you gotta be creative! Urea, squalane, lactic acid, glycerin but only if your skin doesn't flare up with glycerin. Also, ceramides feed the fungus 😑 That Oat So Simple, that's Liah Yoo's gift to people with FA ❤
Amrita Ramesh Thanks for sharing! I got a lot of conflicting information when I was researching. Derms all said there weren’t specific ingredients to avoid besides anything too occlusive. Some websites said squalane was fine, others said it feeds fungal acne. It’s crazy how much is so unknown!
@@deadlifts_steaks. Ah, yeah. Formulations with ceramides inevitably have some kind if oil or fatty esters... I'll tell you this, though. Get some squalane oil. I think the Ordinary has one. Mind you, a very small percentage of people have fungal acne react to that as well, although it's usually safe. Still, squalane is even BETTER than ceramides for barrier repair and is also "skin-identical". Try it out, a few drops as your last step, keep a close eye out for any possible reactions. I know my skin loves it! When a door closes, a window opens? 😂❤
Do you know of any facial sunscreen that is good for skin with fungal acne? I use a lot of SA & HA and it makes your skin more sensitive to the sun but I find that every sunscreen makes my skin oily, making the fungal acne worse

Valentina Morales sorry to hear that it doesn’t work for you. 😞 One of the things I just started using about a month ago that has helped my acne (not just fungal acne) is Stridex pads. I use the sensitive skin ones and I am amazed at how it has lightened my scars, evened my skin tone and kept my acne away.
Coconut oil is a powerful antifungal. I don't typically recommend for the face because it can be comedogenic for some, but it is a very safe way to treat candida in the body.
Nizoral Shampoo is for INR 2300 in India. But I guess it's worth the try as we don't need to use it daily. So it will last longer. It's a little too strong to be used on face without consulting a dermatologist. Thank You Susan for this. After all, skin is the largest organ of the body. Flee Seborrheic dermatitis, Flee!
Hello Susan! You are one of a kind really! My question for you, as I'm trying to use simple things on my skin, can pure squalane be considered a moisturiser?
I actually think I had fungal acne. Because I tried every acne treatment and it would go away first week. However, it would come back the next and worse than before. I used nizoral for a bit. It did help with it. However, it does make your skin dry and I have dry, sensitive skin. It is also good to use it once a week maybe even every week and a half for sensitive skin

To everyone mentioning that some of the ingredients in these products aren’t good for fungal acne, I discussed this with Dr. Desai and she said it’s not about one specific ingredient. She looked at all of these products. There is a lot of contradictory information online, so I won’t with what she approved.
So is this video good or bad please?
Nash _ it depends on the person. Many see great results with Nizoral but some don’t. Nizoral is very drying and when your skin is dry, it means your moisture barrier isn’t doing so great which will cause acne or even more fungal acne. If Nizoral dries out your face and using moisturizer doesn’t help with the dryness, then stop using it.
Can I do facial during fungal acne treatment???
I bought it because I thought it would help my skin, it was extremely drying that I had to stop using it
@@NeverLetLoveGo it’s not bad nizoral will help with fungal acne :)
Keep looking at your forehead. It’s so clear! Wow
the versed retinol contains sunflower seed oil and polysorbate 80 which are both fungal acne trigger so use with caution
I hope brands step up to this rising demand soon.
hallyuniverse also tretinoin altreno is good too but mandelic acid is the best for fungal acne it’s antibacterial
Specifically the Versed retinol contains sunflower seed oil, shea butter, sea buckthorn oil, rosehip oil, polysorbate 80,
and hydrogenated vegetable oil which are all lipids that can exacerbate the growth of yeast on the skin. Dennis Gross retinol is relatively fungal safe.)
hallyuniverse what about The Ordinary, specifically Natural Moisturizing Factors and Buffet.
@@ericmartin9569 Neither are recommended. The Ordinary's Natural Moisturizing Factors has a lot of fatty acids (which naturally occur on the skin, but are what the malassezia yeast feed on.) And peptides are not fungal acne safe, aside from that The Buffet also contains emulsifiers like polysorbate 20
and PEG-40 that can trigger fungal outbreaks.
This stuff really works! I use this twice a week and my skin is so clear

The fact that you actually show every step of the routine on your own face and explain everything is amazing. Favourite skin care channel ever!

I love how did a skincare routine for fungal acne. Can you please do one that is more budget friendly?
I found that Nizoral was way too harsh for my skin. My derm recommended Noble brand 2% pyrithione zinc cleansing bars from Amazon. It’s about $12 and has different iterations (emu oil, Argan, mango butter). It works great for me, and a bar lasts months and months. (I use the Argan oil version.)
I’ve never heard of this! Thank you for the recommendation! The reviews on Amazon are great!
Zinc pyrithione hepled me as well 🙏
Zinc pyrithione does help, but argan oil feeds the fungus!
Amrita Ramesh so what would you recommend instead?
What about sulphur??
I wonder how can Susan apply different types of products on her skin without getting a reaction I know she probably washes her skin after the video but doesn’t her skin get irritated ?
she says she doesn’t have sensitive skin
Her skin can stand a lot, she said in a different vid that she uses multiple actives at once and she's fine because her skin can handle it.
I have pretty resilient skin! But I’m also not doing these routines regularly. I stick with my personal routine.
Susan Yara thanks for the clarification ❤️

I wish the total of all these products didn't have to add up to almost $300

Glycerin is naturally found on our skin. And a lot of the products that simple skin care science recommended also has glycerin In it.
FC’s website CHANGED my life, glad he was the first person to really highlight fungal acne issues check out his blog (simpleskincarescience)

What do you think is the maximum amount of time to work up to?
@@gracen6895 3-5 minutes is more than enough. Don't leave it on your skin any longer. It is effective but very harsh
How often do you use it?? Like every day?
Grace N for me never more than 5 min, I have burned myself twice using it to long, I only use it as a face wash now every once in awhile
My experience with fungal acne:
When I was in college, I was able to see a doctor for my acne, she prescribed me benzoyl peroxide and a topical antibiotic.

Guys I just started using the Nizoral shampoo! I didn’t know I had fungal acne and ive been dealing with it since 3 years ago 😭 my forehead looks so horrible but Let’s hope this works
How is it?
@@klookooma5948 hi, i actually have tried it and it worked great for me. You should use moisturizer after tho because it dries your skin. However, I also purchased a Vanicream bar and they both got rid of my fungal acne!
Did you use it daily? How fast was it gone?
I can’t find the Nizoral “Shampoo” I only found the nizoral anti-dandruff “TREATMENT” is it the same?
yes
I got mine from amazon and got it on 2 days
Switching to Vanicream cleanser has helped my fungal acne greatly. I also stopped using liquid foundation and only use Bare Minerals now. I will definitely try Nizoral if I get another major breakout. Thanks for the great video!
Whitney A lucky. vanicream gave me cystic pimples and i didn’t think it was that at first just my period coming but i switched to neutrogena benzoyl peroxide 10% wash and my face calmed down in 1 day and i didn’t wake up w a cyst ot new white head. the vanicream cream is the only product i use which seems to not break me out.
What if I have a combination or normal acne as well as fungal on my cheeks? Will nizoral make the normal acne worse? 😢
i have that too 🤧 idk the answer 😭
Emily Chang it won’t make it worse and if you look it up it can also help with that too!
susan yara saving my skin 2020 🙌🏻
Would this work for the body as well?
Yep!
Yes on simpleskincarescience you can find a list with body washes safe for the skin
Cerave PM is your BFF for all skin problems. Oh, and it’s affordable.
I’ve used nizoral and it worked for me!
Do You have sensitive skin?
Nash _ No
The very first product has glycerin which is highly sensitive to those with fungal acne and you MUST avoid.
If that's the case then there's literally nothing that can be used for fungal acne. Literally everything has glycerin
Coconut oil is a powerful antifungal. I don't typically recommend for the face because it can be comedogenic for some, but it is a very safe way to treat candida in the body.
Raw Ten To My Toes Wrong channel to recommend coconut oil bud 😂
do you mean by consuming coconut oil to treat issue from within?
@@Rose-ym4gw actually I mean by applying it topically to the affected area.
Raw Ten To My Toes thank you!
Would a cerave moisturizer be good? I know it has ceramides
Dry skincare routine, pleaseeeee 😍😍😍😍
Yesssss
Hello Susan! You are one of a kind really! My question for you, as I'm trying to use simple things on my skin, can pure squalane be considered a moisturiser?
Reddit helped my fungal acne 🥰
How often should you do this? And also, how often should you do this if you're doing it for your body?
Mandy L Hi! Dr. Desai said to do it every day until it goes away, then do it once a week for maintenance.
@@SusanYara Thank you!
Can someone please drop the link for nizoral that actually ships to the uk
they sell them in target ! i don’t know if they sell it in the UK aswell, but i got mine from target
There are multiple oils safe for fungal acne : mineral oil, MCT oil, and squalane
All of these can be used for oil cleansing
Can I use this shampoo and the cerave hydrating cleanser? Then moisturize with the cerave daily moisturizer?? Or is that a big no ?? Which would you recommend if I have final acne on my whole face and i have sensitive skin. Please let me know guys !),:
that’s exactly what i’m using tooo
i'm going to be trying the same combination! let's all update each other haha I really hope it works out 🤞🏽
i’m doing tribe exact same lmao ...
Yes thankyou Susan for this ❤️
