Great restoration! I’m about to start restoring the same model. I was going to leave the handle painted green but what you did looks so much better so I will do the same. Awesome, thanks.
Big thank you my friend. Your support is much appreciated. Yes they not too rare to find over here. Not sure if they were made elsewhere around the world. 👍👍👩🔧
Hi mate thanks for watching and subscribing. As for the sticker, I just tried to replicate the original on a computer app , printed on paper and glued it on. I didn't go too fancy with it 🤭 To be honest I don't know how the original one lasted that long seeing it's also just a glued on paper sticker. 👍👩🔧
G'day mate I've got 3 of them rega bug sprayers and also a darlton blow torch and only question is where do you get the rubber for the plunger? That's the only thing I need to finish off my sprayers and blow torch
Hi mate, I could not find the right size either but luckily found some which were slightly bigger and cut them out to fit. My mate @austeration did one too and he fabricated the leather plunger. Check out his video - might give you the idea if you want to make your own. ua-cam.com/video/G7pLBpWAkJ0/v-deo.html
Hi brilliant restoration. I watch all these restorations and wonder where do you get all the new seals, commits, rubbers, and all the other new parts for such old things?
Thanks for watching. It's always tricky to find parts for old stuff. Often you need to do a lot of research and trips to hardware stores to find something that would fit. I spend 2 weeks to find 4 screws for the jaws of the last vice I restored 😅
Very cool restoration! Thing looks fantastic! 🤠👍
Thank you my friend 👍👍👩🔧
Great restoration. Loved the kids’ involvement and the fact that they seemed to enjoy it too.
Thank you my friend. Yeah being school holidays I thought we get them involved a bit more. They had a great time 😉👍👩🔧

Dents would have come out better of you would have rounded the end and not squared off
Looks great!!
Enjoyed your video and I gave it a Thumbs Up
Thanks for watching and leaving a comment. Yes ideally could have welded a steel ball to the end - no welder unfortunately 😉👍👩🔧
@@LittleRestorers You're welcome Yeah that would have been a good idea
Good job! How did you remake the sticker? I thought that was a nice touch, subscribed from Tinonee NSW 👍
