Hands down, you have some of the best cinematography of all of the "travel/nomad" channels!!! Thanks for sharing the beauty of nature with the rest of us!!!
I bought a camper and truck three years ago to have my dream road trip to Yellowstone. I arrived to find it displaying its beauty and bounty exactly the way you've shared it with us this morning! I yearn for my third trip in 2023. I encountered 17 degrees most mornings in October. But, with all's the grandeur to behold and breataking beauty I didn't mind too much! What a surprise to open with your beautiful video. Coffee in hand I'm ready to get inspired!😎
WOW 😮 Snow & Joey! If anyone knows Yellowstone it’s Joey. His MyOwnFrontier videos are what hooked me on watching backpacking channels. Great video Cat!! ❤️👍🏻
Good to see Joey again. He got me hooked watching his incredible hiking videos and probably why I bought a camper to visit the mountains to hike and escape corporate life. Hope he is doing well.
Love the bison toddlers, especially the little one running. Seems so filled with the joy of life. Joey's got that long trail hiker vibe...looking forward to seeing next week's vid. Thanks and safe travels.
So many things to love about this video! We first fell in love with hiking videos watching Joey’s MyOwnFrontier videos, which were spectacular. So it was especially good to see your friend Joey in this week’s video! Catherine, the videography in this Yellowstone video was simply stunning! I actually had to hold back emotional tears at the beauty of the canyon and Lamar valley. And then laughing out loud watching the baby bison run and play! All around one of your best videos to date!!! We love watching your videos and look forward to their release each week!
Wow! Joey’s earned a few gray hairs!! 🥰 Watching that little calf was the best!! Thank you for sharing this beautiful trip and the inside of the lodge!! Yes, I agree, let’s hope Yellowstone is cherished for centuries to come!!❤️🦬🤍🌲💙🏔
I discovered your channel because of Joey… he’s been on sabbatical from UA-cam it was a pleasant surprise to see him and it really made my day! Thanks Cat!
Like many fly fishermen in western Montana where the summer days are almost Arctic in length, I often do not start fishing until the cool of the evening. Then in the Arctic half-light of the canyon, all existence fades to a being with my soul and memories and the sounds of the Big Blackfoot River and a four-count rhythm and the hope that a fish will rise. Eventually, all things merge into one, and a river runs through it. The river was cut by the world's great flood and runs over rocks from the basement of time. On some of those rocks are timeless raindrops. Under the rocks are the words, and some of the words are theirs. I am haunted by waters. Norman Maclean, A River Runs Through It
Beautiful video! In early May. My husband and I went on a 2 week road tour to Yellowstone, Utah and Idaho from Vancouver, Canada. Yellowstone is the most amazing place I ever seen in my life! We also loved the people in Salt Lake City, where everyone was so friendly and welcoming.
Catherine I love your videos they're so simple and enjoyable the music and background are imaginable I laid back on my couch stuck can't go nowhere and I feel like I'm riding with you
Catherine, so many words can describe the beauty of Yellowstone. It is my absolute favorite place to explore. You captured some great shots! As usual, I enjoyed yet another Cat vlog. And a bonus…. Joey C- would be great to see some new vlogs from him as well. I watched all his myownfrontier vlogs and learned so much. You both have taken us to so many great places. ❤️
The Catherine videos are simply incredible, very well made. She knows how to combine amazing shots with fantastic music that turns the experience to watch a movie in theaters. I go now to sleep desiring dreams with the majestic nature scenarios that I saw. 🤩👏👏👏👏
Beautiful video made me want to be there. Loved all the wildlife shots especially the babies running around. Love every part of this video. One of my favorites of all you've done. Thank you for taking us with you and looking forward to the next one.
Thanks so much for these beautiful scenes. Reminded me of past backpacking trips there with my buddies from out west, especially my good buddy Don. We lost Don this year to cancer, so this videos is really touching my heart and putting a tear in my eyes.
Thank you soooooo much Cat. Last time I was here was over 40 years ago doing a driving vacation from Socal (Whittier) to Yellowstone. Still just as beautiful as it was then.
Dear Cat 😀👍🥳😘what for an fantastic video you share with us. 🤩 A wild nature scenery🦬you know we are in Fl. right now🐠🐟so we give you some Fahrenheit from here 😂 Have a save week, your big Berlin Fan couple, Nicole and Hardy 😘🇺🇸
Your videoo showcases the beautiful wildness of this Park. I loved the clip of the baby buffalo, the joy of freedom that lies in each of our hearts. Thanks for sharing.
I look forward every Sunday to see where you have been and it is so inspiring that I hope when I retire, I can follow adventures you have shown us in the last three years. I have 3-5 more year to work but I so look forward to enjoying what you show us and the music choices are also often put together so well that one can imagine any decade or century ago the beauty of the USA in mt areas. thank you for your hard work in presentation.
My great-grandma used to play piano in the Yellowstone lodge to entertain guests and members of the CCC that were living in the park in tents with their family to earn money after the Great Depression. Yellowstone was built on the legacy of our ancestors hard labor. I am grateful for their sacrifices.
Wow! Awesome footage, thank you. We’re hoping to see lots of Joey…we’ve watched his South Lake to North Lake video numerous times, he brings humor and realness to the video experience that we love! Joey, Joey, Joey!
We missed you last week ,Cat!😥 But this week was worth it. Spectacular! The beauty of Yellowstone and your amazing production and photography are unparalleled on UA-cam. It’s been several years since we visited the park. Your video this week brought its majestic beauty all back to us. Thank You!
I'm so happy to see you back in the mountains and forests. Utah and the deserts are absolutely beautiful, but your mountain videos are truly my favorite!
Wonderful video! The water systems were so full! I took my grandson with me to Yellowstone on 12 June, the day before the park was closed due to flooding! It was still an amazing visit! Thanks for sharing your experience there!
So glad you could meet up with Joey and your other hiking friends! Love Joey's channel.....l have watched so many of his amazing videos..........which also lead me to your channel years ago before you were full time. Joey is legend and you are on your way to that too Cat!
Thank you Catherine for this wonderful video of Yellowstone, It's stunning; There's only one other place in the continental U.S. that's more beautiful in my humble opinion, That's Grand Teton, I hope it's next on your schedule. Your presence always adds extra beauty to the beautiful places you go to. Stay safe.
Yellowstone was one of my very first backpacking trips, and I still love it some 50 years later. Lamar Valley holds a special place in my heart for it's relatively easy hiking and the abundance of wildlife. The wolves certainly add to that. Thanks for reminding me of those special places and times.
I really love the video little bit of everything wildlife scenery very cool it’s nice to see the place is getting a lot of water and snow keep down those forest fires ok 👌🏼🔥🤠🔥Camping Russ out
What a beautiful time to be in Yellowstone country. In 2010 I spent ten days in that campground on the Madison River in my camper. It was earlier in May and much colder, but so, so gorgeous. I had the place to myself then. Not much was open in the park, but I was able to see lots of wildlife as well as Old Faithful with hardly anyone else there!! Looking forward to your backpacking video from the backcountry. Good to have a bigger group in grizzly country. Safe travels to all.
Wow . Haven't seen Joey in a Bison's age. Thought he had dropped off the edge of the earth , barefoot of course. Glad you had a great time with your 'friends of the same spirit.'
I had a confrontation with a grizzly bear about ten miles back in the mountains from where one of your earlier pictures was taken while bowhunting for Elk! Scorpion!! Plus a new music video are now available for public viewing on my UA-cam channel! Thanks for all the video Beauty, Cat! I have been nearly everywhere in your video during the last 37 years that I have lived in Montana!
“definitely some old guys hanging around as well.” I resemble that remark! LOL The flowing water shots were wonderful. Makes me realize what I am missing.
Woweee where did you find that good looking guy? Oh, its Joey. So nice to see your hiking buddy again. Glad to know he is ok and UA-camrs have missed his videos.
Absolutely stunning! I, too loved watching the calf run freely...made me wish I was that calf 😆. I am looking forward to your backcountry adventure! I have recently been blessed with a trip to Colorado next month and perhaps I'll get to walk/ hike places that you have graciously and beautifully shared with us! Never thought I'd make it to Colorado... it has been a desire of mine for over 50 years. Oops. Giving away my age 😆. Thanks for sharing!
I worked in Yellowstone for three summers, 85,91 and 95. First bear I saw was in 95, and it was a Black bear. The time of year you where there. The bears may have still been asleep. If not they where foraging on food higher up. If you want to see a bear. Glacier National Park is your best bet. Had a wet and cold Memorial Day down here in Cheyenne. Welcome to the Rocky Mountains.
Love this video Catherine it’s breath taking when you see snow on the mountains and wild animals. That was cute with the baby bisson. It’s weird seeing seeing snow at the end of May in Wyoming. The snow looks beautiful. Nice seeing the river. The park is beautiful. Can’t wait to see hiking in next weeks video. Beautiful scenery and the music that went with it was perfect as always. Thank you Catherine I hope you have a great day and week and see you soon! Safe travels!
For me, surprisingly, the Lamar Valley is one of my favorite areas in Yellowstone. It looks so peaceful and serene and yet, it’s hopping with life! Nice video, Catherine. Best wishes!🙋🏻♀️
I'm glad to see you're back! This was a wonderful video that brought back many pleasant memories. You mentioned the Beartooth hiway in a reply to a comment. If you have never driven that road, please do so before you leave Yellowstone. It is a spectatular trip, but I don't recommend taking your trailer over it. If you have been over that road, then you will understand what I'm talking about. My motto is "Don't dream your life, live your dream" and that is exactly what you are doing! Keep up the good life.
I hope u weren't out there while all that Water tradegy hit. Stay happy and healthy. I sure hope u carry bear spray, before u hit trails they say un buckle and have that can ready!! To much going on. 🌺🌼🌺
Really nice vibe in this video. The combination of friends and adventure in one of the most beautiful and alive places on earth cannot be topped. You can't describe the feelings you come away with at such a place in time. You just have to be there. Failing that, watch a Catherine Gregory video... Lots of respect to the creator of this content and those in her orbit. Missing my adventure posse about now.
Thank you Ms. Catherine, another great video. Brought back some good memories of my younger days. Every summer I would go to West Yellowstone to a summer job. People thought I was crazy to leave San Diego for the summer. Yellowstone is truely one of the U.S. greatest asset everyone should experience in there lifetime.
Hands down, you have some of the best cinematography of all of the "travel/nomad" channels!!! Thanks for sharing the beauty of nature with the rest of us!!!
Truly the BEST, I believe.
Russ on RVerTV is another fun channel.
Agree totally!
Cats writing, filming, music choices for editing are the absolute best!
I look forward to every Sunday with a new adventure!

Wow Catherine. Such wonderful footage combined with beautiful music. And like others, I had a big smile on my face watching that young bison frolic!

Old Faithful Inn is a stunning log structure❤️ erected in 1904 and the largest log structure in America!🌈👌❤️
A glimpse of one of our national treasures without all the crowds, thanks!! Your grandparents must have been real gems taking you to so many places.
