I was diagnosed with RA at age 25 and believe it was because I had exercise addiction and was eating an extreme restricted low-fat diet. I do have an aunt with it as well.
Can u please tell me, how you r going with this disease? Even i have this disease since 20 years of my age, now i m 27 years old, n my flares r getting worst.

I was in the military and 42 when I was diagnosed. I didn’t smoke, I ran 4 to 5 miles a day( plus Army we have a physical test to train for), and I was vegan. No one in my family has RA. I am an African American Female

I got PsA after having covid and some dental infections treated with antibiotics. Apparently it's been dormant all my life, only showing in my nails but no one knew or told me what the nail pitting was. Dont have the risk factors either, only acne Roacea, which is extremely mild and a dormant corneal ulcer from years ago. Yours, and other YT videos are my main source of info addressing many questions that I don't get to talk to my Dr about.

Excellent, thank you. I don't smoke but unfortunately both my parents did heavily when I was a kid. Glad to know fish oil can lower my risk to counteract that.

Hello doctor, i m 27years old, i m a junior doctor, and i have this disease from 20years of my age, inspite of taking methotrexate since 5months, sazo and hcqs since 1 month, my flares r not reducing. I m getting severe pains, as i m also a doctor, i knw deadly complications of this disease, i m not able to tackle and figure out, what should i do? My doctors put me on steroid for one month always. I dnt knw y suddenly i m getting so much flare ups. I m so depressed, and i m from india.

Hi, I had R.A after surgery in all joints, in 3 months my little finger on right hand crippled, saw R.a doctor he told me I had Advanced stage r.a, later on I had 4 back teeth removed as they had bad fillings and my gums were infected, a month after taking them out I started feeling no pain! I’m in remission for 5years now but I now have Osteoarthritis in my joints, at times it feels like I broke something! I don’t have too much I for on it!
