Thank you. I’ll be repeating this recipe from now on. Served it with sauerkraut, Waldorf salad, and raw veggies. Yum!!!
Super easy recipe. I didn't use that much salt, can always add after baking. I pulled them early, added some butter to the pan and boiled at high heat for about a minute. I pulled the meat, covered with foil for about 5 minutes or so. Turned out great and juicy!
The pork chops themselves turned out nice but the rub was too much. Next time I’ll cut back how much I use. Had to scrape it off and dump some country bobs sauce on it.

Thank you for the tips, I used most of the ingredients and cooked it at 350 @ 20 min then turned the chops for another 15 min, delicious!

I didn't like it. Rub was really overpowering. I would recommend cutting back on the salt, pepper & paprika.
