I would definitely love to know the mask you used. I am allergic to fragrances and the fragrance free products are so expensive. I am trying to make my own homemade products now. Do you have a leave in conditioner that’s fragrance free? Essential oils are not irritating blessedly.

Thank you for this video. I restarted my healthy hair growth journey in April 2023. In 8 month my hair grew 6 inches. I use water every time I do anything with my hair. I also started giving myself a hot oil prepoo treatment before each wash day. I leave the oil in my hair over night with a plastic cap. Then in the morning I sit under the dryer with the plastic cap still on for 25 minutes. So, overnight prepoo oil treatment, then hot oil in the morning using a dryer. I also use the same shampoo that you use. I love that shampoo.👍😊

I can't file my nails. They are very thin and flake and chip and stay short cuz I'm on chemo...but I do use nitrile gloves when ever I do my hair...it really helps.

I was doing this last year but I had slowly down thank you for the reminder so that I can start what I was doing. And it was working. I dont do the hair mas and l only hair dry if I have to when coloring my hair. After that it air day. Semi permanent hair color and black no more Revlon hair color to much trouble for me
