I would really love to see you do a video of you going to a salon Getting the full princess pamper treatment and shaping your hair to frame your face ❤
Omg...I found my ROUTINE! I wash in twist, this make the wash go sooo much faster with no frustration!!! I use conditioner and wash once a week or every 5 or 6 days. I use clarifying shampoo every time because I grease after my leave in conditioner and I don't use leave in conditioner I just conditioner. I also twist my ends into to tiny twist to avoid breakage at my ends and it just works! I'm so happy because this took me so many years to figure out. I was so frustrated amd waa like... I'm not doing another big chop at bra strap length. This time... I'm getting past bra strap length THIS TIME. 😊. Twist for everyday and take down for the last two days before rewashing. It's all about the juiciness. I also prefer dusting my ends once every 6 months. Can't wait for the three year results from this consistent routine. I'm 4b and was super dry and lost fullness but in three years it'll be fuller again. I'm just EXCITED!😊
Loved your video and your routine. Simple and effective. I saw another youtuber (cyndoll) "self proclaimed hair guru" bashing natural hair routines and making it seem like only her products and styling can work smh. I love how you reiterate that each should do what works best and that is the truth of the matter, there are many ways to take care of and style natural hair but one thing for sure is to ensure your scalp is clean. Love your hair and videos, long time subscriber here 💖💖
hey razor! by far one of the most informative and inspiring natural hair youtubers! this year for me was the most patient and loving i’ve been with my hair and the results show. i’ve taken a lot of tips from you and other creators, and saw my hair flourish! i can say i wasn’t 100% consistent and i can see where it may have set me back but it’s a learning process. hoping to do better and grow healthier, happier hair and reach my goals this coming year!
Seriously your hair is the bomb. So beautifully. ❤❤❤ Still in the learning stages with my hair journey and am yet to nail down a routine and products but you have just inspired me to apply patience and pay attention to what works for my hair.
Hey Razor, thank you for sharing this without all the fluff. I've implemented some of your tips. Like dusting my ends when I put in my twist and using hair grease to seal my ends. I trimmed off an inch and a half of my hair a few weeks ago. So with dusting I've removed about two and a half inches. With that removal my hair has about two and a half to three inches of growth compared to last year this time. But best of all, my hair is fuller. The fullest its been in my adult years. I suffer from the humidity here in Jamaica as you do in your island home. And my hair shinks up quickly. Edge contro and gels are a waste of money 😂. I've always washed my hair weekly as I perspire a lot. I dont do wash and goes nor twist outs. I'm working on my density this year, any suggestions on what techniques and or products to use?
Hey ! I love that we can relate and yes to your hair getting fuller. I’m working on the same thing and I’ll document along the way but trimming on blow dried hair has helped as well. I’ll share the current products I’ve been using soon 🤗.
It seems like I'm being rude or unnecessary but I'm really not, because if your hair was 4c the nape being that way wouldn't look disgusting to you... And to me in my personal hair journey when my hair started growing long it immediately got thicker so I kind of had to get over conditioned into being obsessed with thin hair ...like if your hair is going to get long it's going to be thicker and you said you wanted your hair to be thicker... But what if it all looks like the nape?
You’re not being rude but you’re reading too deep and internalizing a comment I made. Your thought process is far from the truth and you asking me that question is unnecessary though. All hair textures are beautiful to me and if I were blessed with 4c hair. I would have taken care of it with the same pride and love ❤️.
I just realized that JAM was causing my split ends and I remember that I didn’t use that when my hair was down my back so I’m going back old school. No gunky products
Hey hey ❤️❣️

Just curious… Which products did you use today?
Didn’t use any today but I did refresh my holiday style yesterday. I’ll post the video tomorrow and share what I used.
Hiii what products do you use?
Why did you spray your hair with water before apply the deep conditioner if you just got done shampooing?
What kind of detangler shampoo and deep conditioning do you use? I noticed you did not show us.
Wonderful thanks for teaching us great
Does your body itch when the hair products rinse out, over it?
