    I tend to eat later in the day. So my main meal becomes brunch. My favourite being avocado on brown toast, sprinkled with chilli flakes. Thanks for sharing these great tips ❤

    So if you eat Raisin Bran with blueberries and nuts does that slow down the glucose spike? Thank you so much Mei!!!!!!! 🙂🙂🙂

      Raisin Bran itself is a processed cereal with added sugar and raisins (which are high in sugar), so it can still cause a glucose spike. The blueberries (fiber) and nuts (healthy fats & protein) will help balance it, but the cereal's overall impact on blood sugar may still be significant. A better option would be to switch to a lower-carb, higher-fiber cereal or whole grains to minimize the glucose spike even more. 😊

    I love having a savory breakfast. When I realize that breakfast was just another meal it my breakfast changed. Having a salad for breakfast was not uncommon for me.
