Amazing tips!! Hey do you think you can do another come back, what new things you learned since the video you posted: How I Lost 15 Pounds (And My Stubborn Belly Fat) in Just Over 3 Months (Over 40 Weight Loss). Are you still taking the same supplements? How much the weight fluctuated since then? I know you are NOT a dietary expert but I have to say that that video saved my life back then!! I also went pre-menopausal at 42 and have tried all as you until I followed your plan and I also lost 5 kg right away. Please please please, more tips on the topic would be lovely!!! Love you Ereen!!!!
Thanks so much for watching! Those tips are very similar to what I've done again, following TA workouts (Metamorphosis, continuity) plus have had to cut out some foods that were bothering me while working on healing my gut. Things like gluten and dairy were the most inflammatory for me, personally. Just working hard to heal and feel my best - and STRONGEST in life right now! xo

I love Boho dresses, maxi skirts, upscale tops and live anraod in a place where they suit the weather year round. Winters just a light sweater instead of the boho top. With these I wear classics...blazers for winter....short jackets Imhave a small hourglass body and am Kibbe Romantic style.... I feel.uner comfortanle in these styles Preppy Classic mixed with western ala Ralph Lauren ...they are really ME. I dont usually wear them for city wear ie the Boho Romantic bit I will take a few this year on my summer city vacations.

Thank you for encouraging women to wear what they like. Agree. Years ago, I learned (when my husband was still alive and making the expensive stuff) if I had mostly basics, I would look good.
The basics are the foundation to our wardrobe...They absolutely help our wardrobes to properly function. But it's so much fun to sprinkle in the trends that light us up too. xo

Yes to all of this, Erin. I can do most of these and have these elements in my wardrobe. My faves are the sheer trend (I have a lot of mesh tops), lots of Farm Rio. I just bought a burgundy Chanel small flap as my classic. We do have a lot of options and I wear what feels right on me (and try not to be too over the top or silly). I appreciated this inspirational video! 😍😍

Agree completely! Soft Lemon yellow or Post It - yellow (not neon or lion!) is good for me! It’s my fav colour since forever! Had light yellow flowers in my wedding bouquet! That was my colour theme! Own a lot of different kind of garments in this colour too!🍋🌝🌠

I love your videos and your advice is so valuable to me. You truly are a huge inspiration for me. You are so wise and I so appreciate your sharing. I really love your style. Last spring i ordered some of the items you recommended and have really enjoyed them. Somehow through some challenging times I have lost part of myself. Last year you did a really important video. I am paraphasing and what you had to say was so much more valuable but I have watched it several times and each time I recieve words of wisdom from you. You were encouraging us tclose our eyes and envision a time perhaps when we felt more comfortable and at peace with who we are. When we felt good. Then to try and recreate those feelings and write down what came to mind. Is it possible to pm you. I would really appreciate if i could ask your advice on a few things please.
