The most impressive think about this sketch was Cecily's aim. She hit Colin dead on without even looking at him first try! Now that's what I call skill!

Hispanic people can be white, black, asian, native american, etc, etc. There are fully white Hispanic people, of only European heritage. @@Lorna5884 it typically seems like the wine tosses aren’t done at the rehearsals (based on Colin’s reaction each time), but at this point I think they all know it’s going to happen no matter what.
Much of the show of SNL is that not all the cast are in on all the jokes
It seems like the small tosses at the desk were expected but both Che and Jost looked surprised by the large wine so I’m thinking that part wasn’t in rehearsal or may have been done differently. Either that or these three sold the bit amazingly well!
Omg the wine hitting Colin directly the second he wasn’t expecting anything and put his guard down was perfect.
Coming back to this after Cecily Strong's departure. Not sure if my tears are from crying or laughing, but either way, she is epic and will be missed and thank God we have so many of her skits on here for repeat viewing!
I can really feel the bitter sweet at the end there. Cecily really deserves more recognition for her talents. This shouldn't be her final season.

I can understand some of the hate present-day SNL gets, but Cecily Strong is, without a doubt, one of the greatest cast members of all time.
thats why youtube is valuable-- they filter out the weak s//t so ya just get the golden moments like this, ya don't have to sit thru 80 minutes to get to the 10 good minutes.

Cecily was born to play this part, and SNL’s the perfect place to lampoon real-life buffoonery. I haven’t belly-laughed like this in ages.
This is honestly one of Cecily’s best. I died at Colin’s reactions and how she just kept up the schtick so well. Kudos

This was by far the funniest Weekend Update of the season. Cecile Strong topped it off with her over the top impression of Jeanine Pirro. As if throwing all of that wine on poor Colin wasn’t enough she got into the box of wine dunked herself in it. I was totally in stitches. Bravo Cecily!

When this originally aired we all thought this was going to be her farewell until she decided to come back for one more season. But now that she really has left the show this is better than her actual farewell was!

Cecily Strong is a superstar and I'm heartbroken because seeing her bring back this impression makes me think she must be leaving. I'm so grateful for how much she's given us, and blown away by her talent
It was 100% a farewell to the audience and the cast.
This is the kind of sketch that harkens back to the original cast. That's that same energy and dedication. The crowd was electric Cecily was definitely the MVP that night
Did anyone notice when Cecily came back up after dunking herself in the wine that she sang the last refrain again, but in her own voice? Indication that she was saying farewell on her own behalf.

I’d like to think that Lorne would give a beloved departing cast member a good sell-off. Seeing as Kenan, Kate, and Aidy didn’t really have one I would be willing to bet they’ll stick around for at least one last season. But this video makes me think Cecily might be moving on. If she leaves the cast it will cripple the show. The loss of other cast members has been a relief (I'm looking at you, Fallon...) but Cecily is such an asset to the show that it would be probably the biggest loss in a generation. IF she is leaving, I only hope the best for her future, she is surely just getting started.

My favorite part, besides all of it, is how she only has a TINY bit of wine left after flinging it on Colin, but still makes sure to dump it on him before starting her song. She wanted to make sure Colin got every drop.

What sucks is I always liked pete. Back in the day, I would just get annoyed with his lack of acting skills and how he would always break character. But, now he has gotten better. Of course he would leabe after he started to get it.

Honestly I can understand why she chose to stop doing Update. Having to do Weekend Update I imagine probably stretches you thin so to do that and do other sketches is probably not ideal, she had to choose one and I think she chose right.
