Ah you beauty! Recently I’ve been incorporating ‘behind the camera’ into my videos, with actual photos, and this is exactly what I need to take it up a notch. Nice one!
Thanks Alex, for the impromptu but effective tutorial. Really love how you explain things and even ADD LINKS!!! (lifesaver). Anyway, looking forward to the bonus Friday tutorial.
Dude, you are the best. I think I have picked up more every day useful tips and tricks on your channel than I have on any other channel that covers Davinci Resolve. Thanks for the links as well
Thanks Alex, I love these short tutorials focusing on one effect at a time, some of them I might never use but I really like your straightforward presentation. Cheers, Matey!
I appreciate so much how brief and effective your explanation was! So many tutorials on UA-cam are waaaaayyyy too long. Just teach me what I need to know so I can move forward with my edit. You did JUST THAT - with class. Thank you!
Oh thank you, thank you, thank you ☀️♥️☀️ Have used your tips and created a little cinematic film. Will show you when it will be ready. I am so so happy! Let's have a coffee ( will buy you one 😊 )
Hei there Alex. For first let me thanks for the amazing vídeos explaining and teaching how to use this tool (davinci resolve) . I AM from Brazil and I AM not happy working at the office supporting employees with IT stuffs. So I started to use davinci and you is really important part of what I've already know. I hope to use this to Work with some clients soon and finaly see this like my first option of work. Tks onde more time.
Hi Alex, Very cool and informative. The most important feature I took away from this was the fact that you can create a Still/Freeze frame using the Change Clip Speed and selecting Freeze. I did not know that, so thanks a bunch. Keep up the good work Cheers.
MrAlexTech ha. I cant even sneak around in your comment section! This is great and I’d imagine you’ll see this popping up in photographer demo videos (if thats a thing).
I'm SOOOOOO EXCITED to use this new toy today during my edit .... thank you, thank you THANK YOU Mr Alex !!! As usual ... excellent, useable info!! Stay hungry friend :)
Thanks so much for this video! You weren't kidding when you said providing the viewfinder made life easy. The shot i was using was unfortunately filmed vertically and i had a hard time finding a free high quality version to use for the same effect. I ended up having to screen record my camera app while filming a white background and getting rid of the white background.
Hey Alex! Thanks again for helping me learn a new program! I just made my first video for 2020 (Just uploaded today) in Resolve because of your easy to understand tutorials. :]
Alex, pretty cool and easy to do. Thanks! If you're ever short on topics to teach us, I'd love an easy way to create animated Charts (bar, pie, etc). For now, keep up the great work and I am already looking forward to next Friday!
I have used similar effect a while now, but i really appreciate the camera sound. There is no convincing sound out there. I even used my zoom to record my sony, but that sounds flat and not right in a way. Another great one... cheers Alex :-)
Hey Tim. Thanks dude. Yeaah I've done one, there's a few ways to do it honestly. This is a nice simple way: ua-cam.com/video/EVG2txHIdFg/v-deo.html (Funnily enough it has me riding MTB in it as well 😆 Badly I might add!)
As always, great video! To bad the user names don't show for people who give the thumbs down, bet there would be less. Who would ever give a thumbs down for your videos.
😆 Very true! I don't mind though really, i've learned not to let it bother me. But if i ever do make a bad video, make sure to thumbs down it so I know 😆👍
I know it's not Friday yet but there's an additional bonus video I want to do tomorrow so this one has is getting delivered a day early! Enjoy 🙂👍
It’s Friday here! I’ll take it happily!!
