Springbank 10 Year REVISITED - Returning to Sample This Whisky 3 Months After Opening the Bottle

- Springbank Ten Year Single Malt was originally reviewed on this channel in December, 2022. This whisky is known to need to "breathe" to reach its potential, and some of those who've left the open bottle sitting for a couple of months after their first pours have reported good results. Last time, I promised to return after a few months' time to report on my observations about the whisky and compare it to when it was close to freshly opened. In this video, I'll taste the whisky and report on how it compares to the way it presented in the original video. Also, stay tuned until the end of the video, when I announce that a close sibling of the Springbank 10 will be featured and reviewed on an upcoming video ...

I love your reviews and enthusiasm. I find them insightful, honest and original. As an enthusiast of whisky for many years I feel comfortable relying on your reviews for guidance and a greater appreciation. Thank you kindly. Slainte
Much appreciated! Cheers!
Yeah, mama!!! It's been a good year. I added the 10, the 15, a Longrow, and a Hazelburn 10 to my selections, along with a Kilkerran 12. I opened them all in June and shared them around. I'm now about to revisit them all. Thanks for all the advice and the encouragement.
That is awesome! Enjoy them now that they've had a little time.
Just bought the 10, 12, 15 & 18 this morning. First opened the 10, will be patient but find the Ledaig better at first opening.
Best accompaniment for a Friday night
I get so excited for the new videos!!
Thanks!
Very relevant, great work :-)
