I think the devs lack of experience (IE not being the staff of an FPS mill) naturally resulted in an almost "fanboy" level of attention to the details. They truely thought it thru. There's a modern version of the multiplayer based on the source engine that is a faithful modernization and its still a hoot to play.
Saw that and there's an indie team that was working on a remake that's going to be its own game called spies don't die. But yeah I think a love of the source material is a must
So, the next (maybe not immediately after next but closest approximation I can put to the scenario your placing) are the Batman Arkham game(s) Not tying into a movie that came out that year or a particular comic arc but designed from the off to feel like classic batman adventure witb deep cuts from across the franchise history.... Except the music. Its always the music they skimp on due to rights conglciys. The cheesy 60s batmsn theme tune is curiously absent...
Actually Arkham asylum is a great example. It's based loosely on a grant Morrison comic book, the menus are super stylized with artwork ripped straight out of the comics and the music feels like it could work in the Nolan movies. The only issue is it works a little too well and it feels like every licensed game is trying to be it. Shadow of mordor, mad max, spiderman, that one captain america game. Would like to see the incorporation of more originals ideas. Why not make lord of the rings more like a tomb raider or mad max be like a hardcore resource survival game.
No problem at all dude. I use premier pro cc 2019. No particular reason I haven't updated to 2020. But I think the thing to remember is that anyone can make any edit software work. Plus resolve is free and is TV and film standard in ireland anyway 😂
Goldeneye has aged beautifully, you just need to use the right emulator.
But man have you seen that xbox arcade remake. I want it that version so bad 😂
@@Kevstreehouse That can be emulated as well, but not with mouse and keyboard.
@@mintmag8748 I'm sadly a game pad man personally 🤔
The Egypt level is from the Egyptian ruins sequence in The Spy Who Loved Me, one of the best Bond films.
I have that movie in my house somewhere and yet somehow completely forgot about the Egypt scenes. Good catch man
@@Kevstreehouse Great video, thanks for making it!
Ain't no thing man. Glad you enjoyed it.
Here before this channel blows up💥💥💥💥
Unreal video👏👏👏
Thanks man. Means alot. Hope you enjoy my other stuff as much 😊

Ah yes, 1997 what wonderful times...
When I wasn't alive
You didn't miss much
lol
Goldeneye 64 still heads up also because of its mission-based structure.
Goldeneye64 is a game with a scenario.
Nowadays, it's a scenario with a game.
True. Its weird how many games derived from movies Ape their structure yet when a movie is turned into a game they throw that out 🤔
I think by Halo you mean Alien Resurrection ;)
Yes... Alien resurrection. 👀

Nice
Thanks man glad you enjoyed it. I honestly think this is one of my best videos.
@@Kevstreehouse I did. Hope the channel goes well.
@@ashm2467 thanks man. Appreciate the kind words. I love making the videos but it makes it even easier to make them when people enjoy them 😁
Bro Can I ask which software do you use for editing
