- This is the first video of what will be a series of videos of my brother Nick's conversion of his 2008 Iveco Daily panel van into a camper van . As and when there is progress on the camper I will make occasional videos on the progress of his project.

Oh nice mate! Can’t wait to follow a long for this one!
Yes it will be a good series of videos but progress may be a bit slow as my brother can only work on the van as time allows , but when there is more to show I will keep things updated. So watch this space.
Outstanding job,I will be doing the same very soon, thanks for the great ideas and all the Info, keep up the great work
Thank's and there should be a update over the coming weeks.
That´s one proud brother, hats off to brotherly love
Yes we get on well as brothers.
Nice one Shaun looking forward to seeing the build
Me also William , will be interesting to see how my brother gets on with it , it could be slow though as his time is a bit limited because of other things he works on as well.
Hi Shaun, great stuff to see this is,the idea of turning a van into a motorhome is brilliant, nice work so far done and when finished it will be smart.
Hello Steven , I think he got a bit jealous of the conversion I did on my van last year lol , no seriously , he is doing a great job so far and he is a bit of a perfectionist ,I will make some update videos as he goes along it could be slow though as his time is a bit limited because of other things he works on as well
Lovely Jubbly, very good with his hands your brother. Would be great to see when finished.
Yes he is very particular with the things he does , it could be slow though as his time is a bit limited because of other things he works on as well.
He looks to be doing a very nice job of that watch that with interest cheers Pete
He is doing a fine job on it Pete, he is a bit of a perfectionist with stuff unlike me that throw my van together , it could be slow though as his time is a bit limited because of other things he works on as well.
This will make an interesting series of videos, looks like a great conversion!.

You’re knocking out the videos in rapid succession lately Shaun - great stuff! 👍
Cheers Mystic Hare , I must be in a videoing kind of a mood.
Fair play He’s done nice job on that 👌

Such a nice work 😃 Can you add links to used parts, such as wet room and so. Thx in advance. Keep up that nice work. Thx for sharing.
Nice 👍
Thanks.
Hi there, like the van plans ! What make & model is the water heater out of interest please?
Hello and sorry for this late reply I had to catch up with my brother for the info on it. It is a Imass-1.5E , it works on LPG and he got it of ebay , if you want to take a look it's item number164427927583 , hope this helps.
We should collab
Some nice chase footage with the drone along side
then swooping down from high chasing from behind
then cut to the final scene....blowing the caravans up.
we can call it "Quad Squad Blows Up Shaun, Top Gear Style" its a short catchy title i think
:)
Yes sounds like a hoot Zag and the ending could be spectacular lol.
Nice conversion, I’m in the process of converting my Iveco Daily, where did your brother get his windows from?
Thanks.
Hello , he got the of ebay.
@@ShaunMurray63 Thanks, I think I found them, not so much choice available for the Iveco vans.
HY, that one started off life in my part of Hampshire. I wonder who ran it originally as I can't think of any big companies around here that run single-wheel Dailies...
Hello Jamie , don't know much about the back history of the van only that it came from a local builder in our town ( Todmorden) when the engine decided to shove a con rod through the block.
@@ShaunMurray63 That's fair enough, it's really not important, just a bit of curiosity. I know for a fact which dealer supplied it back in the day...
It would have been supplied by Hendy Ford Commercial in Northarbour, Portsmouth. The Hendy Group, formerly Hendy-Lennox, are very much still in business and still trading from the same site, though I'm not sure they are still selling commercials from that site as I believe they have a fairly new, specialist commercial site now. The building is a lovely 1950s art-0eco showroom that is, I understand, now a listed building...
@@gosportjamie Great piece of information there Jamie , I will make sure my brother hears about this as it is interesting to find out some information on a vehicle which is nigh on impossible these days due to privacy laws , thanks for that.
@@ShaunMurray63 No problems. That was partly why I was wondering about the possible original owners as I have contacts with a lot of the local large fleet operators and the two largest leasing companies in the area so I might have been able to find out some history on it...
Common rail engine might not be the best
Yes but it is my brothers shoice.
