Congratulations on getting your Master's degree and now no one can. Say anything about your qualification. Good luck on the promotion and hope you'll continue showing us videos when you get at the moment. Tell Nikki hi too for us, love you both.
Hi Princeton. Nice to see you again 😍😻 congratulations for the master degree 🧡 I love how you started with tips. Maybe small things but these ones make a project perfect. Well done my friend ☺️
Wow Princeton, what an amazing journey you've been on. My favorite part is the trip & time you got to spend with your Dad. My Dad passed away this past year, so I've been kind of MIA in life but slowly finding my way back. Even at my age, it's hard to navigate this world knowing I can't call him up & ask his opinion about something & just that feeling of a safety net in life that only a Dad can give you. So take every opportunity to spend time, & talk to your Dad. Ask questions & get him to tell you stories from his childhood & growing up. There's so many things I wish I had asked him & can't now. Amazing job on furthering your education. My Dad always told me knowledge is power in everything you do, whether it's your job, a hobby, or anything in between. You're setting a wonderful example for your children too. It's so nice to hear you chatting with us again. As far as your channel & suggestions you asked for, you already do a great job! I love tutorials since I'm a visual learner after a TBI. I know there are lots of tutorials out there but everyone teaches different, sometimes making it easier to learn from one person than another. I want to learn pooling & mosaic/graph crochet & haven't found the right teacher for me to get it yet. I also love learning new granny squares, especially more solid ones without a lot of holes. Congratulations Princeton on all of your accomplishments & milestones lately. Dream, believe, & achieve, my friend. 💜🤗
Thank you so much for your kind and heartfelt message. I’m truly sorry for your loss-it must be incredibly hard navigating life without your dad’s guidance and support. I really appreciate the reminder to cherish the time I have with my father and to ask him all the questions I can while I still have the chance. Your dad sounds like he was a wise man, and I’m sure his words about the power of knowledge have helped shape the strong person you are today. I’m so glad to hear that you’ve been enjoying the channel, and I appreciate your feedback on the tutorials! I know learning visually can make all the difference, and I’ll definitely keep that in mind for future videos. Mosaic and graph crochet are such exciting techniques-I’ll see what I can do to bring those topics to the channel soon. And I totally agree, finding the right teacher can really help things ‘click.’ Thank you again for your encouragement and for sharing your story. It means so much to hear from you. Dream, believe, and achieve right back to you, my friend. 💜
Congratulations on your Master's Degree. Very impressive. I'm from South Carolina , loved that you visited Myrtle Beach. So glad that you are back and making videos. I am making a C2C as we speak, thanks for the tips. Stay safe and healthy.
Nice to catch up with you again! Congratulations on your matriculation!! Glad to hear you got some well-deserved vacation time with your friends and family. Looking forward to seeing more!
Hi Princeton! Congratulations on your new degree and promotion! I've been sewing bags and crocheting things for upcoming craft shows this fall. Hope to see you and Ms. Nicki together soon.
Welcome back and congrats obtaining your Master’s. Hard to believe your mini me is 8 already, and yes, time flies. Thanks for the update on Miss Nikki. Miss Nikki, we miss you! I’m working on a12 point star blanket with Hobby Lobby’s I Love This Yarn Print ( “The Struggle is Teal) and it’s a dream to work with.
New subscriber to your channel. The algorithm helped me find you. Sounds like you’ve been having some amazing few months! Congratulations on taking your education a step further than your employer indicated. That was very brave and insightful. I look forward to your videos and will check out your past offerings. 🦋
Congratulations on your latest degree! I just completed a granny rectangular blanket for my cousin. It was a relief to finish the blanket before the increased temperatures arrived. Now I am on a hiatus from crocheting until mid-October. I might crochet very small projects like a scarf or two until it cools down. If you have a Hobby Lobby, I would appreciate you visiting it. I recently visited my local Hobby Lobby. It did not have a large selection of yarn. I am not sure whether my expectations were too high.
Congratulations on your Masters!! 👏 You've more than earned the walk, please do it if you can. It's an important accomplishment!! C2C has always been difficult. It's going into the chains that I seem not to be able to do🤭.
Congratulations! What a big accomplishment! It's wonderful to spend time with family. I've been on a content break too.😂 you and Ms. NIKKI ARE HILARIOUS! I'm working on socks. I like the suit and chats and of course when you and Ms. Nikki get together
Well done for dedicating time to obtaining your Masters. Like my parents told me, it gives you options. I know it couldn't have been easy because you have a family but give yourself a pat on your back.
Hey there!! So glad to see or hear you back 😁 Huge congratulations 🍾🎉 🥳 on getting your masters degree and the new job with promotion! Sounds like you’ve had some great times and memories traveling! Ya kids do definitely grow up too fast before your eyes 🤪 my oldest is turning 30 in November 🥴 I’m actually hitting a big milestone birthday October 4th! I can’t believe I’m saying this out loud lol 😝 but I’m yes turning 50! 😵💫😱 My husband is actually planning a nice beach resort trip for me for birthday to another part of Florida here about 5 hours from us! I so can’t wait to just lay back and relax! I was really trying to concentrate watching you doing your c2c … the parts you were doing looked and sounded easy but I’ve never been able to get the hang of it. I think it’s the beginning of it the starting of it that messes me up. Lol 😂 I’ve watched lots of tutorials but just haven’t yet found one I can connect with and understand. 🤪 I’m going to give your tutorial a try. Here’s hoping. 🤞🏻 After I .. if I do get the hang of it lol someday I’d like to understand the graphgans people do… but that one really screws with my mind lol 🙄🤣😵💫 I’ve heard it is a lot of math and understanding graphs and those have never been my strong points lol You are always working on a baby blanket… lol 😂 You must have lots of babies being born around you hahaha 😝 I love all and any of your videos! I’d love to see more wearable tutorials like cardigans 😍 I know your a guy so probably don’t wear them but maybe you could come up with some and do tutorials for them and have your wife model them for you 😜 That would be awesome 😎 Well I’ve chatted your ear off enough here lol 🤭 So I look forward to seeing your next video! 😛 Congratulations again on all your success! 🥳 Have a great beginning of your week! 💜🥰💜
Hey there!! Thank you so much for the warm congratulations, it means a lot! 😊🎉 It’s great to be back, and I’m excited to get into the swing of things with both the new job and making more content! Wow, hitting the big 5-0 in October! 🥳 That’s amazing-happy early birthday! Your husband’s beach resort trip sounds like the perfect way to celebrate and unwind! Enjoy every moment of it. I totally get what you mean about the C2C (corner-to-corner) stitch-it can definitely be tricky at the beginning, especially figuring out the increase and decrease sections. Don’t worry, you’ll get it with practice! 👍 I’m honored that you’re willing to give my tutorial a try. I’m sure you’ll master it in no time! As for graphgans, they do involve quite a bit of math and charts, but maybe we’ll tackle that together one day! 😉 Haha, yes, I always seem to be working on baby blankets-babies just keep coming! 😂 But I love making them, so it’s all good! I really appreciate your love for my videos, and I love the idea of doing more wearable tutorials! Cardigans would be fun to make, and I could definitely rope my wife in to model for me. 😉 Thanks for the suggestion-it’s something I’ll seriously consider! Thanks again for all the support-it really keeps me going! Let me know if you’d like to adjust anything!
@@Yarnasasecondlanguage Holly molly lol 😂 I’m so glad you read and answered some things I brought up here 😛 Thanks for the early birthday wishes. It’s definitely freaky knowing I’m getting ready to turn this age lol 🤭 What’s funny.. I’m now old enough to get my shingles vaccine lol 😝 I’ve hit that age bracket lol There must be something in the water where you live with all those babies being born one after another lol 🤣🫣🙀 Yes if you do the cardigans just tell your wife she’d have lots of new clothes if she lets you have her model them for you 😁 I actually have started to watch your tutorial on the c2c and I think I actually am understanding 😜🤪 I just got to the part where you are showing the decrease. I’m taking it from what I’ve watched so far that you don’t show how to do color changes like at end of rows or actually anywhere? Do you have another video for that? If not could you do a video on that please ? 🙏🏻 Maybe in next few days I’ll try to sit down with some yarn and follow your tutorial while actually trying it while watching 😛 Yep charts and math not my thing lol pretty much flunked all those in school lol 🤣 If I could just get normal c2c down I’d be okay with that 🥴 I’d also like to do other types of c2c styles like into chevron style c2c and ones like that. But first I guess I should master the basic double crochet c2c 🤭🤪 Thanks again for replying back here to me 😃 💜🥰💜
Congrats on the Master’s Degree. That’s not easy when you have a family and are working and going to school! My youngest graduates college in December. She will have just turned 24 then. She first got an AAS in Veterinary Nursing so she could work in the field to get experience for vet school. She also took the test to be a certified vet tech (CVT). It’s hard to even pass because they have questions on large animals, exotics and birds and they didn’t teach that in her program. She studied for 2 months in the summer and passed with flying colors!! She will have a BS in biology with minors in chem and premed. She only had to take a few extra classes to get the 2 minors. Go big or go home, right? 😂 She will work and volunteer from the end of December til September 2025. Then vet school starts. 4 years of that then she will be a veterinarian!!!!!! She told me at age 4, “Mommy. I want to be a bet-a-nay-wee-in”. We didn’t have any pets but my grandfather, my son, me and her are all “pet whisperers” so of course she knew at age 4. 😂
It’s amazing how determined and focused your youngest is to achieve her goals, especially with all the hard work and dedication it takes to balance studies and certifications like that. Passing such a tough exam with flying colors is a huge accomplishment! I love how she knew from such a young age that she wanted to become a veterinarian - it sounds like it’s truly in her blood. Wishing her all the best as she moves forward toward vet school and beyond! You must be incredibly proud.
Welcome back!!
Congratulations on the Masters, and would love to see different borders on blankets, if possible
